Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!!! Alonas is a genius.....my son's computer would no longer charge (no green light on charger), and as it turns out there was corrosion on the internal board connecting to the charger. He used his skills and knowledge and specialist equipment to fix this within a 24hr turnaround!!! He is polite, has top rate communication, explaining costing and issue to hand. He does all this without patronising my minimal computer skills. I can not thank him enough for his speed and professionalism. Highly recommended.

I had a real issue with my iMac and Macbook. They were not ‘old, old’ but not new either.

They were both slow and I was getting some dodgy signs that they had got infected with some malware.

I called Alonas (through a recommendation from a friend of mine) and he was just so helpful. Drove over and he made me very welcome and explained exactly what he was doing at each stage.

He went through the antivirus scan, removed the malware, but then cleaned up a whole lot of ‘junk’ and he installed a really useful anti-viral software (he uses it so I can’t think of a better recommendation!).

Then he asked about the batteries… he mentioned that its worth checking as they can expand over the years and actually ‘leak’ into the computer. He took a look and as he’d predicted, the batteries were expanded out, pushing against the cover plate. He replaced these and handed it back with pride.

The iMac was not really working so he got that sorted out too. This was simpler and so didn’t take so much time. Alonas was honest, kind and a really nice guy.

10/10 highly recommended. If you run a Mac and it’s not working properly and out of warranty, Alonas is your guy.

my pc had died and Alonas diagnosed a failing disc, so we agreed it made sense to replace it with a SSD, and he also reinstalled windows, recovered all my data and also reinstalled several essential programmes for me, and all for the agreed (very good) price and completed in 2 days. would recommend to anyone with PC problems, extremely helpful.

I spilt a full cup of tea on my macbook. the team were extremely well informed so described the potential issues, sent me picture of the damage then swiftly completed the fix to good as new. lovely people who know what they are doing.

Arcade Cabinet Upgrade

I wanted to completely upgrade my very rare 1980 coin operated arcade machine and discussed the project with Alonas. He was very keen to get involved and I really liked his options for the internal refit.
Unfortunately all control data had been lost and Alonas did an amazing job in reprogramming my 41 year old joystick and fire buttons to his windows 10 software!
He kept in touch with me every step of the way during the project, which I really liked. Even spent an evening soldering and re-wiring the coin op mechanism.
The finished installation is absolutely amazing and well beyond my expectations. I now have a very rare cabinet with the very latest hardware installed to play my retro arcade games. I could not be happier with the end result.
Alonas is very approachable, professional and an expert in his field. He undertook a difficult bespoke project and has done an amazing job with it. I’m so grateful for everything he has done and would totally recommend him to anyone who has any computer issues. Jon.
