Business-class ticket sales practice
When selling business-class tickets, the company must specify the ticket type—including the airline code and booking class—at the time the offer is presented. In my case, I only discovered after paying for the ticket and visiting the airline's website that it was actually an upgrade from economy to business class. Such a ticket—especially on a flight with a layover—carries the risk of ending up in economy class in the event of a delay, cancellation, or aircraft change.

Travel in style to Europe
Greg and his wife have always been very helpful to me and I would recommend flights to anyone who wants to travel well especially to Europe. The only problem I have ever had was made by me not them when I forgot to book a train from Madrid to Valencia; Granada and finally Barcelona.
