This is a great reason to BUY AMERICAN PRODUCTS!!!! At least you'll get a proper refund especially when the company messed up your order!!

BUYER BEWARE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could give "0" stars I would have. Will never use this company again. Lack of customer support is their #1 problem. Takes a week or longer to get any reply to issues. I ordered product and after several weeks of hearing nothing (but my card being charged) I emailed customer support to inquired as to when I might expect item to be delivered because it was a Christmas gift, it took them over a week to get back to me and replied with my tracking information Christmas evening. I had already purchased another item to replace this and they would not authorize a return. There return policy is awful. If they had communicated with me better/quicker, I never would have order a replacement item. It was their fault I needed to return the item, however they refused since the item was not damaged. I am stuck with a product I do not need/want. Their only compensation was to credit me back $15.00 for my unpleasant experience. My purchased was over $60.
Ordered a sweatshirt Dec. 13 for a Xmas present. Why is it still in China. Bogus. And they keep lying.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Read these reviews! I can’t give zero stars because it won’t let me but would if I could! Ordered a mug for a gift. Received a call from someone who did not speak English and was unable to communicate with me. I wrote an email requesting information on my order and explained that I could not understand the person who called me due to the language barrier and they had the same person call me back! I have supplied them with shipping address twice and this has still not been received!

If you are purchasing any clothing beware!!!!!! I purchased 2 leather Indian motorcycle jackets for my husband and I and the sizes are not true to size. The one I ordered for my husband was way too small for him, but it fits me ok. So now I have the smaller size one that doesn't fit either of us and I can't return it.

I initially wrote that I was very disappointed in the blanket, saying "When you read the words "Sherpa" and "Fleece," you anticipate something warm & cosy, but this blanket is unbelievably thin, more like a flannel sheet." iGBMerch refused to issue a refund, claiming that their website "does not display about the thickness of this blanket" and suggesting that I had no grounds for my expectation that the blanket would actually be warm. HOWEVER, THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The fact is that THEIR WEBSITE MISREPRESENTED THE PRODUCT: According to their website, this blanket will "Keep your loved ones cozy all year round" and "will keep them feeling warm and snuggly on those cold winter nights." My expectation was based on their own description. As this is an issue of misrepresentation on iGB Merch's part, it is their responsibility to make things right. Refusal to issue the refund would indicate that the company doesn't give a hang about ethical business practice.
NEXT UPDATE: iGB's new response [below] is a masterpiece of brazen dishonesty. If they are sincere about "working harder to improve in the future," they can start by refunding the money I was duped into sending them by their false advertising. Next they can go to their website and remove fraudulent and misleading claims. If iGB actually gets back to me with a refund, they will have gone some genuine distance towards redeeming themselves, and I will certainly be fair and let my fellow customers know about it on this site. Otherwise, customers, be warned: iGB's "apology" is as phony as their products.
UPDATE: And may I present what will probably be the final installment in this saga: iGB's response to me, and mine to them:

As we mention, our website does not display about the thickness of this blanket and it is made by the thickest Sherpa layer we can produce. We are so sorry that we cannot refund your payment if it completely looks like the photo on our website. We hope this would not cause much inconvenience to you.
Regarding the irregular issue, could you please help us take a photo of whole item that you can see white through it? We need to know how wrong it is to rectify this situation. Moreover, please send us photo of shipping label stuck on the package and we would greatly appreciate your support.

Despite your elaborately polite tone, you have deliberately ignored the content of my email. Whether or not the blanket "looks like the photo on our website" is immaterial. The issue is that your website misrepresented the product. I must repeat myself: Your website explicitly states that the blanket will "Keep your loved ones cozy all year round" and "will keep them feeling warm and snuggly on those cold winter night"; these are direct quotes. But your thin little faux-sherpa blanket would provide adequate covering only on a balmy midsummer night.
As regards the relatively minor issue of the colour irregularities: I am not interested in wasting my time sending you photographs, etc., just to have you declare those irregularities mere colour gradations natural to a work of art and inform me that they do not entitle me to a refund. Your false advertising -- specifically, the discrepancy between the blanket's actual characteristics and your website's effusive description -- is the critical issue, and that is the issue upon which I am base my claim. But it is clear that iGB Merch has no intention of admitting or taking responsibility for its false advertising, let alone making amends, and prefers to disguise its obduracy behind evasions and blandishments. iGB's conduct demonstrates deplorable contempt both for ethical business practice and for the customer. As for your Customer Service: I find your evasive manouevres and obsequious tone offensive and mendacious. Customer service rating: Bad.

This business is unprofessional and a scam at best. I got a massive canvas for Christmas, it came with the words misspelled. We've contacted them and asked for a replacement. The best we got was, "we can give you a 5% refund but no replacement since it's just a 'small typing error.'" How ridiculous is that? A 5% discount on a product over $150 and a product I have to throw out because I can't hang in my home that way. I've asked numerous times for a replacement and I'd ship the old back, nope! The best then was 10% refund. Uhh, how about the replacement canvas OR 100% refund for a product I have to throw out. Unprofessional and a scam. Just want to keep your money for their errors. Don't buy from here. I'd give 0 stars if I could. It's such a shame because I actually LOVE the canvas, I just wanted a replacement.

Everything was wrong with this jacket.Size was wrong, not real leather; it's printed and not embroider.
Took a very long time to arrive. I ordered it in November for a gift for my husband for Christmas, jacket didn't show up until January 1st.
Not worth $100.00 I paid. There is no tag showing what kind of material it is made from.It smellss like plastic. They do not accept refunds for any reason. They send a template for emails, they all say the same thing. I got an XLarge, and it's more of a small.My husband couldn't even get his 2nd arm in the jacket. Don't waste your money.
