I ordered a iget bar plus and an additional pod. However I didnt recieve the additional pod. I did recieved the iget bar plus, but the pod it came with was non-nicotine, unlike the website which said it was 50mg/ml. I wanted a return as this is not usable for me, but i cant contact them through the website, or I cant even email them. Theyre either scammers or just very stupid.

Scam. You will never receive your product.

Paid for 50 vapes got 20. Followed up and was told difficulty getting some flavours. Then nothing. Eventually got a reply from them and they claimed they had no record of transaction or order. Don’t risk it as you’ll have no recourse. They’ll eventually scam you when you order more!!

Love the products, great flavours, would be nice to get more pods back, but I really like the technology used on these, definitely 5 stars.

Don’t use this site they will take your money bank transfer and send you nothing no response at all. Should be shut down permanently it’s a scam buyer beware they have even changed bank account DO NOT USE shutdown this site and lock them up for fraud ripping people off karma will get them back someday very soon

We never got our item

My order was noted as returned to sender by Australia post. I tried contacting the company and have not received a response in weeks.

UPDATE - so I eventually received a response. They had been shut down, but have since been in contact and I have received my order!

Never received my order and they never responded to my multiple emails asking for an update and completely ignored me. Thought it was sus that they could only accept payment via bank transfer so i can't even get my money back. Scam.

Easy to deal with, no postage fee but slow post. They have different products to other websites. My Bang 20000 blueberry watermelon at $49.94 is really tasty and very good value for money. Has digital display of battery level and juice level. Great vape go for it.

the package was sent out promptly and returned to sender 2 days later, i have not received a refund or new tracking number for a resent package FTAF, I have emailed and zero response from these guys

I placed an order on 29/11/2024, but I still haven’t received the goods. Despite multiple attempts to make contact, I haven’t received any response. I kindly ask for an update on order #84667.

I had a notification that the package was returned to sender, no follow up and no refund. Have sent emails with no response

Order did not arrive. No response from Iget.com.au after several emails to them. No refund given.

I still have not received my order - going on 3 weeks now since I placed it AND PAID FOR IT. I expect a refund or my order to be delivered. I have emailed and gotten nothing back. Absolutely terrible service. Will never recommend to anyone, in fact I will tell them to stay right away from iget.com.au. Unhappy.

Paid online via bank transfer as always, followed up then followed up a few days later and then again and no response, no shipment confirmation but money stolen.

They didn’t give me my money back and i didn’t receive my order and they are not replying to my emails
