Placed order #84944 5 days ago, sent proof of payment via email as they requested, I have since had zero corospondence to numerous emails nor has my order been shipped. I'm super pissed as I always order through these guys and have never had a problem before, not answering emails is absolutely unprofessional and I'm beginning to wonder if I have been scammed.

I ordered on the 1/12 and only received the confirmation email stating where to pay. Sent numerous emails with no reply. Now the website is saying the business is closed!!! Are we getting our refund, this is really unfair especially at Xmas

Always had a good communication with them but order 3 days ago and I haven’t heard anything. Sent them money but not sure if my order is on it way or not. But I am always happy with them in the past

I ordered in last November. I only received email with order number and where do I have to pay. Today is 5th Dec, I havent get confirmation or answer or my package - anything. They dont answer they emails and after payment I didnt get any other email.

i will be taking this further with court action and a sherrif to go to the personal address if needed.. sick of clowns like this in australia ripping clients
