The data was strong, we just had to clean a few things on our end.

The quality was very good. It came a bit late, but they kept us updated.

The data was solid, but their support made the whole experience even better.

The value is in the unique verticals they cover. The actual purchase and download
process feels a bit basic. Would love to see more filtering options on the front end
before buying. You're buying the dataset, not the platform experience.

Needed data quickly for a quarterly push. IgniteData delivered the file in hours. The
data was structured well, but we noticed a variance in freshness; some contacts were
updated last month, others 9-10 months ago. Good for speed, but vet records.

The data we got on marketing agencies was useful and has generated leads. The reason
for the 3.5 is the buying process: add-ons and field options made the final price a bit
unclear until the final quote. More transparent pricing would make it a 5-star
experience.

For our hyper-targeted ABM campaign, we bought a database of firms in the Pacific
Northwest with specific revenue bands. The data was 100% accurate and relevant, but
the list was smaller than we hoped. Quality over quantity, but be aware of scale.

Bought the VC & Private Equity firm list. The depth of information on investment focus is unmatched. We had to deduplicate about 5% of entries against our existing CRM records, which is expected. Once done, it became an invaluable targeting tool.

I wish I read a similar review before I purchased the data, as I have had exactly the same experience. Ignite Data claimed to provide a list of customers who use a very specific type of technology, however they do no qualification whatsoever, and provided me a totally random list of users. It was a complete waste of money for us. Be very careful if you want a specific type of customer base, if its a random list of customers in a specific market segment they might work for you, but that isn't what I paid for, although it is what I got.

I recently purchased data from Ignitedata. I'm really satisfied with its performance, which improves the performance of our teammates who aren't database specialists. The support team has also been excellent, providing prompt responses and helpful solutions as needed. Overall, we received some soft bounces, but the team resolved the issues and provided additional contacts to address the discrepancies.

Ignite Data has delivered what was promised to us. We have cross verified all the lists internally and it was up to date and the data quality was exceptional. We look forward for more businesses.

We accidentally overpaid double our invoice and was told we would get a refund in January but now Jason Lee has gone completely dark on us and non-responsive to our emails. Stay away from this company.

Stay away. The company provides randomly generated lists claiming that these are users of certain technology. Contrary to other providers they charge in advance and when you request the revision of the list they obviously do not do that.
