Excellent customer service

Print quality was poor on pens
Print quality was poor, the logo is rubbing off the pens quite easily. It's disappointing.

Ink comes off logo on pens
We bought 500 printed promo pens with the company logo on the barrel.
After a few months we noticed that the ink was brittle and came of very easily, which made the pens look very cheap and bad for us.
Initially they did not want to take responsibility, saying that we may have stored them improperly (i.e. they were in a cabinet in an office!).
After many emails all I could get is an offer of 50% off the printing for our next order. This won't happen because we don't trust them anymore. The pens went to the bin and we found nicer pens, cheaper and well printed at pens.com
