Unfortunately, my experience with this rental agency was disappointing overall. From the outset, I moved into an apartment that was not properly cleaned, despite raising my concerns multiple times after the inspection. That initial experience set the tone for the rest of my tenancy at Noah’s village.

Throughout my stay, i experienced random power cuts, and maintenance issues were consistently left unresolved. I reported significant leaks in both the kitchen and bathroom on numerous occasions, but they were never attended to before I moved out. Besides the inconvenience, the leaks also contributed to higher water bills.

The one standout positive was my portfolio manager, Lindokuhle Nyaniso. She was always professional, patient, and genuinely tried her best to assist, even when I was understandably frustrated. Her communication and willingness to help made a difficult experience much more manageable. She deserved 5 stars.

I also appreciated the sense of community within the complex, which was one of the few highlights of my stay. I hope the agency improves its maintenance response and property readiness for future tenants.

I would like to thank Natasha Janssen for assisting me with my application for accommodation at Milestone View. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. Since I was unable to travel to view the property because I am in another province, she took the time to record a video of the accommodation and sent it to me. I am honestly shocked that you would ask for a review given everything that happened.

The entire experience with you and the iGrow Group was a complete disaster, and I genuinely wish I had never had to deal with such incompetence.

You placed us in accommodation that was infested with bird lice while we had a newborn baby. At the time, you told me that, as a mother, you understood my frustration, but your actions showed otherwise. No one who truly understood the seriousness of the situation would have allowed a family with a newborn child to remain in those conditions.

As a result of being placed in an unlivable environment, we were forced to move out and place our belongings into storage. The storage unit later flooded, causing damage to approximately 85% of our possessions. The financial and emotional impact on my family has been devastating.

After everything we have been through, receiving an email asking for a review feels incredibly insensitive and completely out of touch with the reality of our experience.

This situation caused significant hardship for my family, and I remain deeply disappointed with how it was handled from start to finish. Rather than asking for a review, I would have expected accountability and acknowledgment of the difficulties your actions and decisions caused.

I cannot in good conscience provide a positive review of an experience that resulted in so much stress, loss, and hardship for my family.
