I was unable to place a trade online but Hayley was very helpful everything was completed correctly.

I was cashing HSBC and Barclay shares on 30/4/26 and Awais was very obliging. Also on 1/5/26 he helped me transfer cash effectively from my ISA to my Trade a/c and into my named a/c at a time that was helpful to me.

The agent, Jack FARRINGTON, was very helpful.

I don't normally give feedback on Trust pilot, but the exceptional handling of my query, and small complaint, by Chloe.J , has compelled me to do so. In the past, I have felt rather isolated from I.I. and I felt that I was just a number. But Chloe J. has shown me that if you do have a problem it will be dealt with personally and with consideration. She is a credit to I.I. and I will continue to use their excellent services.

I made an error on my pension lump sum withdrawal form.
I phoned II first thing and spoke to a young lady called Lois. She couldn’t find my form on the system but listened when I explained my concerns. She took ownership of my bad admin, talked to the pensions team and called me back before 1000.
Professional throughout and diligent she had answers to my questions and cancelled my botched form.
That is first class service; by Lois and by II. It took 5 brokers before I got to II; they don’t meet any standard, they set the standard.

James Harrison gave me amazing help with selling shares.

Received a call back regarding a query. Spoke to Kevin who was very clear in his instructions and was very helpful. Query sorted in minutes. Great customer service.

Beulah saved my daughter's trip to the Olympics!
Sometimes call centres can feel a bit robotic, but Beulah gave me the time of day and listened to my reasons for needing help and went out of her way to help me. Much appreciated.

Dominika was very understanding and a great help. This has encouraged me to carry on with ii and think about trading properly. If they are all as good as her then I will feel supported enough to have a go.

Had a problem downloading consolidated tax certificate, CHERELLE was outstandingly patient and helpful with clear and precise instructions to resolve my difficulties.
