We love our new garbage can. It is very functional and looks fantastic. Service was very good. It did take a lot longer to get delivered to us than promised, but every time we contacted customer service they were very helpful and understanding.
The Altek Baba dining chairs we chose in walnut are superbly made and designed. We love them! They are compact yet very comfortable and elegant, ideal for our modest-sized home.

I ordered a Bitossi Ceramiche vase by Ettore Sottsass which was chipped at the bottom on two sides when it arrived. No damage to the box. I requested a replacement, IkonItaly requested pics of the vase and box, which I sent, they then said they were going to follow up with the manufacturer, and nothing since. That was month ago.

I love my purchased basket and it is beautiful. However, it was delayed in shipment and did arrive with some brown spots on its leather that could not be removed. No advise or solution has yet been provided from both ikonitaly and the basket manufacturers.

A very expensive floor lamp I ordered arrived broken. My request for a resolution was basically ignored for five weeks, and the lamp was never replaced. I eventually paid more money to have it repaired personally. I will never shop with them again.
