Disappointed that the order went through online but I received an email a couple of days later saying it was out of stock. Despite this the money was returned the same day.

Delivered on time and packed well. A few screws feel out of their box but did not get lost so all good👍

Just what I needed, at a reasonable price and delivered earlier than expected. The only reason for the mark down is the picture of the trampoline I have for finding the part didnt marry to the name. However I ignored this and was able to find the part by the sku code.

Three £2 items weighing a few grams total including postage £14 scandalous.

I keep on being told that the safety net for my trampoline (Sportspower 10ft Outdoor Kids Trampoline with Enclosure - 879/1108) will be available in 2-3 weeks and it doesn't happen. My kids can't play on it without safety net and the lifespan of this expensive and bulky item is one year. Moral of the story: Do not buy a trampoline without written guarantee that parts will be available when needed.

I recently purchased a two-in-one swing from Eye Leisure and was really impressed with the overall experience. I had been searching everywhere for this swing and couldn’t find it in stock anywhere—ILeisure was the only place that had it available, which was amazing! The item arrived quickly and was very reasonably priced. There was one faulty part, but after contacting their customer service team, they sent out a replacement within two days. The whole process was smooth and efficient. Excellent service, great communication, and a company you can rely on—thank you!

Great amount of items available, that's the good.
Annoying payment system, you can't buy something and have it delivered elsewhere.
Delivery address wasn't given to the courier, they were given the road name, nothing more.
Order came in 2 parcels, on 2 separate days. Nothing said about this on confirmation email. Both deliveries were delayed due to no address details. Luckily Yodel help centre were much more helpful. iLeisure help via email was awful.

I would be in two minds to use them again. Service Vs parts available 🤔
