A thief and scammer who cant be trusted, paid for product on july 4th and never received anything just two tracking numbers and a ton of broken promises. guy is a freaking loser he forced us to order through a broken website after being " vetted " for the discord. He deletes any negative comments and gaslights after confronting him about it being almost two months since my order was placed he promptly blocked me and booted me from discord. bad vibes and bad karma coming his way.

I ordered on a version of the website that's been replaced 2 or 3 times in the past few weeks. As an existing customer that shouldn't have mattered but that's whys it couldn't go out the first week or two. Then he advertised a new 7 PERSON TEAM to fix the shipping "delays". OK, so how is it that 8 people can't put a shipping label on a box they said was already packed and hand it to the mailman??? Why would they be offering big discounts to pull in new orders but can't ship mine??? Why would IH put all the time / resources into three new webpages over getting my one order out??? All these questions went unanswered when presented to the CS team of 8 so.....
How many IH employees will it take to get my order shipped? That's the real question!!!

I purchased from Illest Haze before no problems like a lot people. My issue stems all the way back to June 12. I bought $610 of product and he sent me a phony tracking code. I reached out to him numerous times and other people with issues to see what was going on. I guess he ain’t want the bad publicity so he decided to kick a bunch of people from his discord server. He ghosted me for atleast a month after this.

He randomly hits me back via email and tells me that he created a new site and that’s why my order got lost. Doesn’t explain his lack of communication for a month, but ok cool. He instructs me to create an account on the new site and he’ll give me a credit which he did do, but wouldn’t give a full refund back.

I placed a new order with my credits he just applied to my account knowing I’m still likely to get scammed. I ordered the same value of products as before and I’m basically going through hell like the first time to get illest to just communicate basic logistics. My order was in pending status and then………Illest started a new website again🙂🙃

Please don’t purchase anything from this scammer.

1 star because 0 stars isn’t an option. HES A SCAMMER. takes your money for an order sends you fake tracking and you never get what you pay for.

I was a long time customer of Illest Haze and had nothing but good things to say until recently. My last few ordered took twice as long to ship, had swapped products with no notice, and then offered no follow-up when contacted via all available options. I've paid for product and have not received it. The few communications I did receive were vague and implied things that in fact never happened. I hope to hear from seller and move on. Given my experience with this seller, I would not recommend to anyone. At the time of writing this, the webpage appears to be taken down and or unavailable/ offline. Thank you for your attention on this matter

I started ordering from illest haze nearly a year and a half ago. It isn’t my favorite stuff but it is really good for the price. Ordered something on 7/9/26. He was going through various changes with the website so I was cool with it taking longer than normal. After a week of no tracking info, I contact him on 7/16 and I am told that he received the order but it was blank. No problem, stuff happens. Give him the order again.

Follow up on 7/22, some random excuse about waiting for the new batch. Okay cool. On 7/31, after my texts were ignored for two days, I called out my situation in the discord server. Wasn’t rude, just publicly stated what was going on. Got kicked from the server.

I have been following up via text where he at various times has told me that he already sent, oh no he just thought he sent it, to yeah it is getting sent out soon with extras. That’s been going on from 7/31 until today 8/12. All I want is what i ordered or my money back.

Be careful sending your money to him as you have no recourse if he does this to you. I’m sure he will have this taken down but i am happy to share receipts/texts etc. with anyone that questions the validity of my story. Peace and love.

This is a textbook scam operation. The owner is smooth at first: he will process a few small, consistent orders without any issues to slowly build your trust. Everything seems legitimate until you decide to place a larger order. The second you send the funds for a bigger amount, he takes your money, completely changes his tune, gaslights you with endless lies, and ultimately ghosts you entirely.

Looking back, the red flags were glaringly obvious:
Unsafe Payment Methods: He exclusively pushes irreversible payment methods like Zelle, Bitcoin, and Apple Pay.

Fake Social Proof: If you look closely at his Instagram, it is heavily padded with fake followers to look established.
Take a look at the most recent reviews here—they all tell the exact same story. Do not fall for the initial friendly communication. Once he has a large amount of your cash, you will never see your products or your money again.

Absolute scumbag. Makes sure you’re a consistent customer until you ramp up the order and he proceeds to ghost you and act like the package is on the way with fake tracking and eventually kicks you from the discord and gaslights you to think he’s not robbing you. Truly pathetic that’s his industry standard

Dont order from here i semt $555 an the company will no reply ive tried over a hundred times its sad you think you can go online an spend your hard earned money as a vet an get ran over an robbed he needs to be shut down or sent to prison this is low as low gets robbing people

This company has screwed me over twice. Despite repeated attempts to correct the issue with him, the owner plays it off like it's not a problem and then does whatever he wants with the money sent for products ordered. Ordered but not received.

I've called and emailed repeatedly about cancelling an order he failed to send out weeks ago. Zero response, zero items ordered, zero refund. The other time he just sent a random grab bag of stuff instead of what I ordered and refused to fix that either.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt and got burned again a second time. I didn't learn my lesson the first time but you shouldn't make the mistake even the first time.

There are plenty of trustworthy alternatives out there that deserve your business.

He has screwed me over more than once and refuses to do anything to fix his mistakes. Listen to everyone else saying to stay away and that he'll keep your money and ghost. It's all true. It happened to me, it'll happen to you.

This is a warning so that others won't fall into the same trap I did.

These unprofessional business owners like to make up tracking info, will not send out what they received payments for, and lastly will completely ignore any communication to them.
Look them up on reddit and you'll read all about these scammers. Ahh i almost forgot they love to bait and switch your order. They show beautiful green and purple flower but will send you out dry brown bud. Again look up REAL reviews! They have a lot of shills that will have you believe theyre legit!

And i have proof of everything, emails, text messages, and screenshots/photos!

Took advantage of people in a tattoo competition he held when he first started his discord over a year ago and multiple people have still not received anything from there prize pack they were to receive totally unprofessional

I ordered from Illest Haze and the product is amazing!! It's out of this world! THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!! The owner is super talented at what he does and really knows his stuff! The customer service is excellent and the shipping is super fast!

Best flower I have ever had! All of the Illest haze flower looks like a work of art. I had the moon punch strain and it is covered in trichomes. It gets me feeling really relaxed and just right. It also smokes really good and has a sweet flavor. I will never buy from a plug again. 10/10
