He covered all aspects of the PIE offer and challenged my understanding of it. Without bias, gave me several things to think of {which I had not thought of} and gave me a comparison pathway in which has enlightened my path for a better decision.

Highly recommended
Ben called me (at a prearranged time) regarding my pension plan from an ex employer. He was helpful, very good at explaining my options and at the same time checking my understanding of the potential changes. I was very much at ease during the conversation. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience today.

Pension options
Had a good conversation with Jack re a potential pension transfer. He listened to my needs and then went through all the options in detail giving the pros and cons of each one. In the end was able to come to decision thanks to Jack”s advice.

Good and informative advice
The person I had was very informative and helpful with suggestions and ideas for me to look at which has now given me good ideas what to do going forward. Pre-preparation helps if you need this service and the form pre-sent did that hence made it easy to discuss issue etc.
