Brian was extremely helpful. He responded promptly to emails and we had a series of phone calls. It is not always easy to obtain a mortgage as a self-employed person, however Brian was knowledgeable and provided a series of options. His communication is extremely clear and he makes understanding the mortgage process and how the rates work very easy to understand.
