Ultimate Turkey Tour and Mediterranean Cruise
Everything was superb. Viran made the booking process easy. She answered all our questions and nothing was a problem for her to arrange for us. Her recommendations were very helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her and Imagine Cruising again. The trip was fantastic. Our guide in Turkey named Eren was amazing. Turkey is so interesting and the tour covered so many of the main places of interest. Eren has so much knowledge and was such an energetic and informative guide. The Imagine organization had our entire trip organized to perfection, Airport pickups and drop offs, Hotels, Cruises all went without a hitch. It was great that their staff handling a particular area were actually from the area and able to handle every situation. We were totally impressed by each Staff members ability and knowledge and the quality of the hotels arranged for us.

There were representatives at every hotel and airport. The tours were awesome and service fantastic.
Transport was very nice as well.
Went on a Japan cruise in March and couldn't fault them. Only thing that let them down is if you hadn't cruised before they could of told you to prebook the boat tours on the cruise site.
Will travel with them again.

Fabulous cruise
From the very beginning, right until the end, everything happened just as it should have.
This was a spontaneous purchase of a Cruise around South Africa.
It was our 1st EVER Cruise
Our 1st EVER time of going to South Africa
And possibly, more importantly, the 1st EVER time I've used a travel agent (although we travel abroad a lot, normally I do all the bookings myself).
EVERY SINGLE THING happened just as it should have, from pick up at airport to drop off at cruise terminal.
I can't praise Viran highly enough.

Again, I would like to apologise for the difficulty you experienced with your transfer service in Sydney. It has been referred to our travel partners for correction as it is certainly not the service we want or expect for our passengers.
I also think it is important to acknowledge that as soon as we were made aware of the issues that took place, we also provided you with a full reimbursement of the expense that you were put to from the transfer leaving early as well as offered you an additional Future Holiday Voucher for the difficulty that you were put to.
It is of course incredibly regrettable that this was the start to your holiday package, but I can assure you that we did everything in our power to assist you as soon as we were made aware.
