Clear and straightforward chat from Zoe about a holiday enquiry which was very helpful. We came back to Imagine because of the recent timely response to rerouting our flight to Hong Kong in the immediate aftermath of the problems at Dubai airport.

Zoe was really helpful, knowledgeable and made the whole experience really straightforward.

This was our second cruise and stay holiday with Imagine Cruising.
The deal we had was return flights from Edinburgh , 5 days at 5* Maya Ubud resort & Spa Bali followed by 1 night at 5*Pan Pacific Hotel Singapore and finally a 10 night cruise on the Ultra Lux Crystal Symphony from Singapore to Manila.
The whole trip went like clockwork, hotels were excellent, transfers were spot on and the cruise on Crystal Symphony was beyond our wildest dreams.
The only issue was the Iran war that caused flight issues on return to UK as we were scheduled to fly back via Doha with Qatar airlines.
Imagine cruising were magnificent and 2 days before end of our cruise advised us that we were being flown home avoiding the war zone ( great relief).
We were flown home via Hong Kong with a night in the Grand Harbour Hotel, Kowloon. Then onwards to Beijing where we caught a direct flight to Heathrow. We had a further night in Raddison at Heathrow then an early morning flight to Edinburgh.
I can truly recommend Imagine Cruising without any reservation, they were outstanding in every way and really looked after us.
I am aware that certain other travel companies continued flying guests back to the UK via Dubai against UK Gov advise and whilst drones were hitting Dubai,
as seen on TV,
This was not the case with Imagine Cruising.

Returning to our holiday the cost was extremely competitive with the total cost being the same or even less than what some other cruise guests were being quoted on high class travel agencies for the cruise alone whilst staying in the same suites, without Bali Holiday, flights & hotels.
We will 100% be using Imagine Cruising again.

It was very easy to book, the call handler was named Robert and he explained everything perfectly, all our options and prices. he was very respectful and polite in fact, a five star performance from Robert.

I sent an email on Sunday to Imagine Cruising, Daniella called me on Monday morning and we concluded the booking by Monday afternoon.
I have been booking holidays for more than 60 years and this was was the smoothest and fastest booking to date.

The holiday looks like it be great, the booking was easy, a great service. I then received the itinerary which shows joining the cruise 1 day later and visiting every town 1 day later. This is vital as I had to book my flights pre cruise hotel and a visit to friends all of which could have been 1 day out. It is vital that correct details are sent and when I rang to query “I will get them to look at and resend the details. The new details received but no apology just details. This is not good and not expected from imagine cruising who have in the past been accurate and efficient.

Well done to your rep Morgan, sorted us with the cruise/Indian pacific ride plus some extra flights to accommodate our visit to friends in Melbourne/sourcing business flights and flights reassurance in the current climate, many thanks, we will have a great holiday as a result

We had a pre departure issue that Bell at imagine cruising dealt with in an empathetic way - made oyr constant worrying disappear .
We’ve used imagine cruiding a few times before and always been pleased but the real test if a company is when there’s an issue and they get 5 stars for this

We had excellent customer support from Thomas Beard in the team while finalising and booking our holiday. He was very helpful and efficient and took time to answer our many questions. He showed great flexibility in helping us to extend our holiday and in helping us to book the right flights. Nothing was too much trouble for him.
