Bunch of robbers
I ordered and paid for next day delivery. But the item came 6 days later. I tried to ring them but their phone is unreachable. I emailed them several times but no answer. They are robbing people.
They stole my money as the delivery was not next day. All my email went unanswered. I would not recommmend people doing business with these robbers.

You don't like to take responsibility when you are doing business with people, why you don't a proper phone number, also email address is wrong , I have tried to send you an email but didn't go through. I am going to inform the business ombudsman to find out about your company. Also I will inform the customer care management companies. I am not happy with your services .

Missing items and no contact
I placed an order lf 2x honey and 3x black seed oil on 26 January. The honey arrived pretty quickly however the black seed oil remains outstanding. I have messaged on a number of occasions and my emails are being returned. I will be raising this with my bank as I have had no contact from you whatsoever. Really disappointed as I've often purchased your products from ships but I can't even get it directly from you
