I found this website builder easy to use, -this is my first website and I managed to build it in a very short amount of time.

I´m just starting to use it and I´m already loving it. Thanks a lot!

haven't really used it but so far so good....

The tech support is not what it needs to be. The site itself offers clean, sharp, sites that present well and are easy enough to design. However, when you do need tech support it takes them hours and hours to respond, they claim their response time is three hours however it has been closer to 6 most times I message them. In addition certain functions only they can administer and this time delay puts you totally at their mercy.

Once you get the hang of the program, it's fun and easy to use (and pretty robust). I also like the fact that the company isn't putting pressure on you to upgrade to a paid site (even though that's my eventual goal since I want a few more features that come with the monthly fees).

No real support that takes Less Than 4 hours to get, if then.......OK, remove that word Real............NO support when needs arise, and nothing except a BOT to ask who tell you the wrong info.

No real controls over fonts, boxes, etc.
They had a great idea to allow tests for my needs and site functionality, and the templates are presentable IF one could ever be in charge of the above. They also use rgb coloring, not HEX LOL

IM Creator is a wonderful tool; it allowed me to build my first professional website in a very intuitive way (and not inhibited by how much code I could remember). I would definitely use it again. My only criticism: the building platform has some idiosyncrasies, for example going back if you make a mistake is sometimes impossible.

Any feature other than the most simple drag and drop is almost impossible to achieve.
E commerce feature needs lots of work. It's currently unusable in a way that's friendly to the end user.

I have used IMCreator for many years to design various websites. It does not have as many features as other platforms, but the build process is fairly easy to understand. I am very pleased with the customer support. They always answer and remedy my situation swiftly.

Great service and the devs are always on point when it comes to help. Really appreciate what they're putting out there.
