I had a really good experience with these guys. Arrived on time, worked hard moving everything, got to my new home in a different city within adequate time, we're polite and no damages to items. Happy customer, great price too. They did house move and rubbish removal.

Terrible Experience – Damaged, Stolen, and Lost Items!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was hands down the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Not only did they break several items due to careless handling, but they also left belongings on the road, "lost" furniture, and some of our stuff!

Boxes arrived damaged, some completely missing, and a few pieces of furniture mysteriously disappeared. When we tried to address these issues, the company was completely unhelpful and dismissive. Moving is already stressful enough—do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs!

I concur with other negative reviews. I imagine they are fine if you are moving a very short distance.

I was moving from one furnished apartment to another from Solihull to Wandsworth. The driver arrived 40 minutes late and took 8 hours to deliver the contents of 1 x 400sqft apartment 100 miles. Contested this with the driver who I had to chase repeatedly throughout the day with a lack of communication.

I contested the invoice and was told 'tough'. They put the reasoning down to sickness and that they sought an alternative driver. Then the excuse was 'traffic' (in the time it took me to do the journey twice my items still weren't delivered). Wasn't happy at all with how this was all handled, I would seek an alternative and save your money for a company that values customer service - avoid.

From packing to moving, the team was excellent. They handled every item with care and ensured everything was delivered safely. Truly a great experience!

See my reviews below: IMG Group has responded saying I should contact them privately. I have sent them any number of emails,to which they never respond, because they owe me money. I had to take them to court because their service was so terrible, and won the case. But now they won't pay up- not one penny in 14 months. If they ever responded to an email we wouldn't be in this situation. But now they're posting fake reviews to try to repair the reputational damage, instead of just complying with the court order.

This company will have you pay for a moving that you wont see ever again. They will block your numbers, take your money and keep your stuff.
