I had a great service experience. Immi­gram provided clear, professional support during my Global Talent visa process. Communication was generally solid and the process well structured. Overall, a reliable service and I would definitely recommend them.

I worked with Immigram for my application process, and the team provides thorough guidance and is highly professional and expert in their field. I initially worked with Raagini, who was particularly helpful in connecting me with past customers with success stories and helping me make the decision. Later, Nataly and Alena were also extremely knowledgeable and experts in their areas, and I would highly recommend them.

The team provides great support throughout the whole application process.

The case workers are not native English speakers and it's hard to communicate with them. They are very responsive on WhatsApp but they're changing the requirements pretty often and my application is still not ready after a long time.

Initially they told me that my profile is strong enough but later they asked me to go talk on a conference to add more stuff into my application, found a conference for me. And then asked me to write blog posts on a public website to add into my application but all the process took months without the application being ready. This all looks shady for me.

Most of their employees are in Russia (you can look at Linkedin) and the founders are Russian. They really try hard to prepare the application because I think Tech Nation doesn't like a startup whose job is to just prepare applications and recently started rejecting their applications. I would suggest working with a local lawyer instead of this company.
