Amazing hampers!
The website was really easy to use. When the hamper arrived it looked absolutely amazing! The hamper was packed really well and looked exactly as it was shown on the website. I brought a hamper for my friends 50th birthday, I was so impressed I have ordered another one for my other friends 60th.
Great hamper company, would definitely recommend.

Quality hampers and excellent service
I sent a hamper as a 70th birthday present. Sadly, I put the wrong postcode in, by one letter, which was enough to get the hamper sent back to the DPD warehouse. Panicking I tried to contact DPD, don't ever try!
So I called Imp and Maker. The lovely Louise answered immediately, a real person at last! She was SO helpful and resolved my nightmare. Thank you Louise!
I also ordered a hamper for my husband for our 44th wedding anniversary 😍
The cheeses were fresh, very tasty and the chutney complimented them well. My husband loved the beer too. Result! I highly recommend hampers from this really good company with great customer service and quality products. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Every part of the experience was brilliant. Website is really clear and informative, had a lovely welcome email from the founder which did make a new customer like me feel special.
There was a slight issue with suppliers, but Ryan was right on it, called and emailed to make sure ai had seen it and gave me two great options to resolve the problem, both offering a higher value product.
Every part of the customer service was amazing.
The recipient said The hamper arrived beautifully packed and all the food within looks amazing quality. The ethos is explained well on the packaging. It really does make a fabulous present- really exciting to delve through and keep finding more and more goodies!! 😋 The wine looks fab too.

Perfect gift for my son
I ordered the ‘I am a Cheese-y Lover’ hamper for my son. To say he was thrilled would be an understatement. 5 Star product – 5 Star Customer Service
Honestly 5 star product and 5 star customer service. I got the Ultimate Italian Food Lovers Hamper for my brother’s birthday and he said it was amazing. I also completely mucked up and entered the wrong postcode for delivery. The team at IMP and MAKER were extremely helpful and understanding (as I was wrongly frustrated thinking the package wasn’t being delivered, not realising my mistake), Zoe was brilliant and offered to have a new parcel sent next day delivery free of charge even though the error was mine.

I have just received my hamper (a present from a relative). It is wonderful and we thank you. Initially there was a problem with the delivery date and courier. Apparently the courier damaged the box and it was undeliverable. A solution was obviously quickly found and a new hamper delivered super quick with lots of lovely goodies in it. Thank for. Services like this can't always be perfect but what is great is that this appears to be a company that cares and actively rectifies any issues.

An excellent choice of gifts
The hamper we sent was for a couple who had just got married. They absolutely loved it and were really happy with the choices of cheeses that were in it. It's also really good that you can also choose to add different items to the hamper as it gives it personalisation along with the note. We would definitely use IMP & MAKER again.

I recently ordered a beautiful hamper from Imp & Maker as a gift for a friend. Unfortunately, when entering my card details, the system defaulted to my own address, and the hamper was delivered to me instead.
I reached out to customer service, and Ryan went above and beyond to resolve the issue. He quickly arranged for a second hamper to be sent directly to my friend, and only charged me for the postage. His approach was understanding, efficient, and incredibly helpful — a rare level of service these days.
Thanks to Ryan and the team at Imp & Maker, what could have been a stressful situation was turned into a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely be ordering again.

Special breakfast
The breakfast was a birthday gift for my son. He said the sausages , bacon and chorizo were delicious and the rolls were fresh and tasty. All the other accomplishments added to a wonderful breakfast for two .
It was delivered on time and we were told when to expect it .
My son and his wife are expecting tgeir first child so this gave them a chance to relax .

Overpriced
Imp & Maker Buying Noam beers on line I didn't check carefully ,I had been looking at various options throughout the afternoon ,and assumed as was the case with other sellers the number of bottles I would receive for the sum of £129.75. would be -60 bottles in fact I received just 30 bottles.
Making this purchase disproportionately expensive when compared buying pro- rata, with other companies advertising Noam beers on-line. The cheapest with an additional new customer discount of 10% is £2.35pb against Imp & £4.32pb. A staggering difference in cost on 30 bottles of £59.
The delivery was prompt and an email thanking me for my business was a pleasant but at that point somewhat lost on me
