I had a great experience with Imperial Academy earlier this year when I took the Administrative Management course. Their content was well organized, easy to understand and user friendly. Imperial Academy allows you to do the course at your own pace, which helps to alleviate deadline pressure. What was even better was the gift Imperial Academy gave to me yesterday when they allowed me to do another CPD course at no extra charge. This shows that they appreciate the support provided by their customers and therefore, they want to give me them back something as a token of appreciation. Bought a course via Groupon but the code doesn’t work. Been contacting the academy and asking for help but getting fobbed off and left.

Finally hear back asking for 24 hours to resolve the issue and that never happened either so I give up!

As customer service is poor with a lack of help to get me on the course, I will be requesting a refund.

I found the the Level 5 Diploma in Plumbing and Domestic Heating course very user friendly and informative. Upon completion I received my certification upon request and I found the customer service very helpful.

The Medical Terminology course was refreshing, well-presented, and easy to navigate. I had “goosebumps” doing it.
