Poor Communication
Put in an order on the 28th of March, repeat customer and never had any issues before now. Received no confirmation email of order, 2 weeks after, the order had not arrived, contact the store to be told they didn't have the item in stock... it was then on delivery from GW, Two weeks after that still no communication about expected delivery, contact the store again as it had now been a month since the order.. I was then told it should be coming in that day 30th of April and that I would receive an email confirming it was available for collection... I never received any email so I contacted them 1 week later on the 8th of may. I was then told it had been available for collection for an entire week. Just to add, they had my email the entire time and sent me TWO emails asking me to review them.

HI William, I had trouble finding your order. It appears you bought this latest order without logging into your account, and you filled in your email address incorrectly.
You input an additional 1 in the email?
This is probably why you didn't receive any emails from us, despite us sending many.
I also see you have a membership, did you enquier about this order at any time while in store?
Got the desired item.
I had bought a Spider Man keychain but it was hidden which keychain will come from packaging but I got the one that I desired.

A great classic British business that…
A great classic British business that values customers before profits, would highly recommend purchasing from here instead of big retailers even if the prices are a smidge higher, we have to look after our own small business companies!
One minor comment would be that the website could use a little bit of modernization it's not too attractive and looks very 2009 era, other than that nothing bad to say, order from here if you can.
