I had one of the worst experiences ever dealing with this tile company. Their customer service is absolutely despicable. The gentleman who answers the phone is extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping me with a simple inquiry, he acted as though I was bothering him just by calling. His tone was condescending, and he had no patience or willingness to provide even the most basic information.
In an industry where customer service and clear communication are everything, this company completely fails. It’s shocking that they would allow someone so unhelpful and disrespectful to be the first point of contact for their business. It immediately sets a terrible impression and makes you feel like your business is not valued at all.
If this is how they treat potential or current customers, I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to deal with them during an actual project. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere where respect and professionalism are actually part of the service.
