Food Intolerance Test Definitely Worked!
Firstly the website has the best information on food intolerances and their testing. Customer service was helpful and answered any questions I had. The testing and all parts of the process were exactly as described. The test results are meant to get done within 10 - 14 business days but my results came through even a bit faster than that. I was suprised but happy that it was about $200 cheaper with a GP referral. It was the first time myself and my GP had done this test and both of us were very impressed by the results. I had had repeated headaches, fatigue and nausea happening for many years and done various other blood tests, scans, etc with various different health professionals and found no cause. From this test I have finally found why it was happening! I found there were several foods which I consumed every day that I had an intolerance to. As soon as I eliminated those from my diet, I felt a lot better within 24 hours. The following day I felt great! I am very excited about using the results and can highly recommend it. The results make sense to me. The value to me (and all those who interact with me regularly) is immense and completely worth every dollar.

Efficiency in process, though not 100% accurate results
I experienced efficiency....good customer service from the Australian reps.
Report appeared to be comprehensive though I discovered quite a few false negatives and false positives, so still had lots of work to do. Lots of mistakes still being made because of the false results.
I totally understand what the response (below) says, and have taken that into account of late, but I think it would be useful for Imupro information prior to testing outline all this potential contradictions in outcomes, for customers....

Our test is an accurate diagnostic test for IgG delayed responses. It’s worth noting that the antibodies break down when you stop eating a food for many months. IgG intolerances are generally not lifelong like classic allergies. It’s also possible to have other types of intolerances that don’t involve antbodies (eg lactose, salicylates). Please discuss this with your referring doctor or get in touch with us if we can provide further information on your results specifically.

Comprehensive
The team were very helpful and provided us with some flexibility around getting the samples done through Covid.
Would recommend them and I am still following the suggestions in which my health has improved.

Rosy Bartaa is not my name. In fact perhaps this explains why I think the food sensitivity test results were not mine, as they did not reflect my known sensitivities (gluten, dairy etc) or reflect the foods that I regularly eat..Over the years I have had this test done regularly by other companies and I feel that I know what to expect within reason ie sensitivity to foods regularly consumed. This is not the case. I do not have a record of the date of my test.

Hi Jill, firstly please accept our apologies for the mix up of your name on your review invitation. This was an error which we are trying to have resolved with Trust Pilot. The date of your report is stated on page 3 (05.08.2022). You did mention to us that your second results were not what you had expected since your original set of results ordered through your doctor. We clarified at this time that we don't test for Coeliac disease and that long term avoidance of foods like gluten will lead to less antibodies being detected. It's understandable if the results weren't what you had expected, but please be assured that the results were not mixed up. ImuPro tests have the CE mark of approval in Europe and are ISO-9000 certified – which requires extremely strict quality control, reproducibility and QA standard of care the ImuPro lab adheres to. Our sincere pologies again for the mix up with our review invitation, please get in touch if we can help with any concerns you have.
ImuPro did what I had expected
ImuPro did what I had expected. I have got a comprehensive analysis and explanation. It confirmed certain intolerances which I was suspecting that I have and revealed some surprising new ones. Good job. As regards the results of following the diet it is too early to judge. I see some improvements but I still have some digestive problems.
