I needed certified copies of birth/death/marriage certificates and a Will in a very short time frame in order to try to acquire a certificate of inheritance in a forthcoming trip to Germany. Although I do speak some German, Ina agreed to speak English on an initial phone contact since I'm not familiar with some legal terms. Since I was also waiting for one of the certificates to arrive from the General Register Office, Ina got stuck into the ones I already had. She was also very helpful in terms of any queries and turned the documents around incredibly quickly for me. I really can't recommend her and Inalanguage enough. Thank you!
