What a scam site.

At first I thought it would be a pay to complete surveys, but from the first moment I got offers for gift cards ... yep a total scam. I tried one offer and gotten my email spammed with offers stating "you won" or "hurry to redeem" or "you got (blank) amount of money", another scam. Most of the surveys you'll have to totally complete with catches where you have to sign up at other sites and pay monthly fees, another scam.

Without a doubt inboxpays is a TOTAL SCAM. I am bummed to see that these reviews go back several years because that means that no authorities have taken measures to shut these criminals down. Like others, I have tried to contact the company and it can’t be done. I also have “earned” money in my so-called account and can’t access it. I’m guessing the person who gave them the glowing review was either confused about who she was reviewing (there are other sites with similar names) or the review is, well let’s say, incorrect. Definitely class action lawsuit time. I’ll be contacting BBB and state atty general but don’t expect any changes, realistically.

I thought Inbox Pays seemed legit...

I thought inbox pays was a pretty good way to make some easy money. It didn't take too long to build up enough cash that I could request the first 50 dollar payment. Everything seemed good to go...phone and email verified and at least half of the pay was from verified offers, no more than 25 was from emails...just like it's stated on the site. Fine. Good to go. I requested payment on October 5th. ..............
And now it's January 12. Smh. I have contacted them 3 or 4 times and gotten zero response every time. So much for my quick online money making! Seems to be nothing more than a waste of time. At least with Inbox Dollars I got paid pretty quickly, whereas with Inbox Pays....nada. don't waste your time!

Inbox pays is a total scam!!

Inbox pays is a total scam!!! Almost all the surveys and offers I've COMPLETED are still in the "viewed" status and have been over a year, never getting "approved" so that I can cash out. I have sent 9 support tickets in the past 18 months and never heard a thing. But when I check on the support tickets progress they have all been closed. So there is someone on the other end and they are SCAMMERS!!! BUT I bet they are making a pretty penny selling your information all over the place. What a shame. And of course no phone number can be found. BUT IRONICALLY some how or the other MY phone number ended up on their site(strange) and I've gotten numerous calls from inbox pays members asking me: "is this inbox pays?" So like I'm wondering did inbox pays somehow use my personal phone number and list it on their site as customer service?? WTH!!??! Anyway when I get these calls I explain to them that I was a member to and not to waste their time as they DO NOT PAY. Strange. Wish I had an attorney.

Big Scam…

I wish I could give them a zero but it is not an option. I participated with this app, taking surveys, for over a year; in my account; it stated that I had earned 3000ish dollars with only 32 available, which you cannot withdraw anything under 50. I was going to send a ticket but couldn't remember the password I set the account up with and when I pushed the "forgot password" button, it took me to a different site altogether. I tried e-mailing them but the address was not valid. I tried calling with no answer. I was going to write them a letter next but I guess they figured out I was trying to contact them because all of a sudden, I went from getting 5 or 6 surveys from them to absolutely nothing at all. I hate scammers. I guess there isnt much more to say other than Inboxpays sucks; they scam and lie. I don't understand why it is so difficult to be honest. I love doing surveys and would have probably done some anyway. I just hate being played a fool

the fine print

After being with them for years im reading that only 25. Of your payout can be from emails. Is this true?? Also I recently received a phone call and the woman on the phone said she was calling because I had requested a health insurance quote. I told her I was totally confused. She asked me if I had recently filled out of survey. The thing is every one of their surveys cost something or you can't complete it. So I have attempted and started to fill out surveys a couple times but never finish them. Only clicking on their paid emails. They do sell your information to their trusted partners and this is where all my garbage phone calls come from. I have been dealing with them for years I never reached payout. Please don't waste your time there are other companies that are much better.

Inboxpays finally paid me!

I joined Inboxpays approximately 3 years ago. In May I earned $80.00 but it would only let me cash out $50.00. I had to call a verification number and then they said I would get my payment by July 1st. Well July 1st came and went so I contacted them by filing a ticket. I kept getting random responded and this went on back and forth until today. I finally got my $50 in my PayPal account. I guess you f you have patience and are persistent then you will get paid. Also I only read paid emails and did everything listed but I never spent a dime of my own money on trials. Now it says I've viewed and signed up for so much that I'm at $618, but I'll never see all of that money. But I'm happy I finally did get my $50. It was a nice surprise, especially when all I did was waste a few minutes every other day or so going through their offers and reading their emails.

I have over $1,000 and it keeps telling me that my PayPal address is incorrect
or not in the right form you can't talk to support cuz they tell you your password password is wrong which is not. I did my job way over thousand dollars worth and now I've been waiting 5 6 years still sending letters to the company and everywhere and receiving nothing but mail to keep asking up money. I have a pic of my amount just cannot find how to post it. Best wished hardworkers.

I wish zero stars was an option

I wish zero stars was an option. According to them, I have completed over 500$ of offers, but am FINALLY (after a year) approved for the $50 it takes to cash out. According to them (inboxpays.com) I applied for cashout on july 7. It is now july 18, and still nothing. In my profile, for some reason, is listed Male, although each time I visit, I reset to female and click update. Is accepted. But when I revisit, its Male. I even changed to retired to see, and that stuck. Had to change it back. Each time having to reset to female.
When trying to contact support , it just says I have the wrong password, EVEN THOUGH the password is listed, and changeable, in profile. I am BEYOND irritated.
And when you send your msg to info @inboxpays.com, it'll bounce back.

Inboxpays SCAM

First off, please anyone deciding to sign up with them... DON'T!! It does seem legit and they are smart by getting your attention that it's free to sign up and you will get $5 just for doing so. So I did sign up about 3 years ago and it took me forever to get up to the $50 limit for a payout. I even spent some of my own money to get there. And since I requested my payment, I am still waiting.. going on about a year or so now. And what makes it so frustrating and makes me feel like a sucker is that there is no way to even contact them. They have no phone number, and you are supposed to be able to email them with a Support ticket. But Everytime I tried to get the ticket, all of a sudden my password is incorrect. I have been trying so hard to find any information about them and who owns it, something should be done because I have read countless reviews from people just like me who are owed money and the same thing happened to them. So definitely stay away from this, it is for sure a scam. This is why I never usually try any of these things, and this will be my last. Nothing but scam artists out there robbing good people. Good luck to everyone and thank you trustpilot for the information

I got stuck on $30 2 years ago and it won't give me anymore money from emails or surveys. It says I've earned over $150 but was only credited 30 there is not even a customer service number or contact info on the page. I would recommend inbox dollars like all the survey sites it takes a while but they pay out at $30 I've gotten paid at least 4 times from them just got a check the other day and you can also use PayPal but it's odd on inbox pays it's stuck at exactly $30 and since hasn't given credit for emails or anything.
