Solid quality on the product I purchased, truthfully I've had the product a long time now and it still runs as new, couldn't wish for better, and it makes life alot easier, definitely worth the pricing 💪 keep on doing the good work lads and lasses 💪

After the controller arrived, it broke after 1 day; it was sent back and I had to wait a month for the new one to be sent to me and it wasn’t even the right controller. Requested a refund they agreed on this; I sent the controller back and I haven’t had any response from them in again over a month. Abysmal customer service, a report will be submitted to trade and regulations authority - nobody should buy from this company ever.

Took a while to get things right but when they did take action, it was quick and smooth, the new controller is actually ridiculously good

Bought a controller received it wasn’t working sent it back got another one for the same thing to be wrong with it 2 controllers that hadn’t even been used both broken 2nd controller came was in a wet packaging also have emailed and tried to contact them for a refund to send controller back have been completely ignored near£300 is a lot to spend on something that ain’t even working.

The product it's self is really good and i am extremely happy with it... but the communication is terrible the build time said 7 days and was 3 weeks... I chased them to ask when I should receive or some sort of update.... I messaged all there platforms (discord Instagram Facebook) also there web site chat is none existent.... I was starting to think it was a scam....

Controller was rubbish as wasn’t working as said so sent back for a refund support was also rubbish so went some where else also over priced for what it was

Horrific service, I’ve received my controller I payed £354 for and half the buttons hardly work I’ve got to push them down hard to get anything from them, it’s cheaply made the paddles are badly made, the d pad sticks on one side I expected a lot more for this money and I’ve tried to contact them via email to return my item which I’ve also payed for a 6 month warranty on and they’re ignoring me, also contacted them on Instagram, I was advised to send an email in for the returns information and yet again ignored. My advise do NOT spend money with these people it’s the worst service I’ve ever had.

Second purchase from Inctrl. Unfortunately a fault with this one, which is expected occasionally with customised controllers, but the team have helped me get a replacement asap.

The left bottom stick it not working properly

Received my controller very satisfied with the product as I ordered the digital triggers and two rear paddles. Only criticism would be order to delivery time and reply to my communication was lacking. Overall great price for a great controller compared to some competitors out there.

My order sat without being sent for multiple days.
Also I didn’t receive my controller case like the offer online said.

Would liked to have given them 5 stars but had to knock them down due to pricing but more importantly communication.

The communication through the order was not great they have realised they need to improve their systems so that's very positive.

I sent them an email with constructive criticism and praise and never heard back.

To add the best features the controller will not be competitive in price but rather in the same ball park as the Dual Sense Edge for price.

That being said I purchased this controller as my Dual Sense Edge has seen better days developing stick drift on both thumb sticks something the Hall Affects on my new pad should prevent.

The controller is well made with the paddles being the best paddles I've ever felt on a controller I would recommend adding the mouse click triggers as without them the back buttons are too loose as the controller does not have a stiffness adjustment like the Dual Sense Edge.

I will definitely order another controller from these chaps but I'll be sure to add all the bells and whistles this time to not sell short my gaming experience.

Absolute joke of a company don’t buy from them took a month for me to get my controller and it came broken it took them 2 weeks just to reply to me to get me to send it back I have now sent it back at my own expense because the return sticker I was sent didn’t work and now after I sent it back a week ago they haven’t replied to me once stating they have sent my replacement if they continue to ignore me I will be contacting trade and standards because this is a joke and the controllers aren’t cheap
