I recently gave thi company 1 star but since received my perfume wish to upgrade review now after many exchanges of emails i was advised it was out for delivery and received it on day i was promised.

The Iphone 11 had to be returned
The Iphone 11 had to be returned. My carrier, Sprint/Mobile said they could not connect the phone for whatever reason. I returned the phone and am very happy to report that a full refund was issued. I was very much relived and would not hesitate to order from incrediblephones again.

Good prices, good phones
Prices were reasonable and phones came exactly as described. The only problem I had was that I paid extra to have 2 day shipping and neither of my phones came by date promised. I did reach out about shipping and they did respond quickly to my concerns though.

Great, i was so shocked tbh that the phone came in EARLIER than expected and in mint mint condition even after choosing the lowest condition. The only thing is there are the tiniest little scratch spots on the back not even scratches just tiny sprinkles (I expected way worse). Definitely try this site out !

The customer service was great. I purchased a phone from them that wasn’t compatible with my carrier after all. Got on chat w a rep and they said a return label would be sent to me and glad they were an efficient and speedy. Thank u guys
