I recently gave thi company 1 star but since received my perfume wish to upgrade review now after many exchanges of emails i was advised it was out for delivery and received it on day i was promised.

Typically, app download issues are solved via software update on initial setup. Our phones must have zero speaker issues, and you're covered against defects for a full year. Please reply to our email so we can get you a replacement sent via express 2-day!

Nice phone with cheaper price
I received my phone a day before schedule. All the process are so smooth. Also the phone works well with very minimum defect on its body that I don’t really mind compared buying phone on other websites. Mine came with a charger (not original charger). So far I have no complaints about my new phone.

You sold me a phone that was out of stock. The purchase was allowed to go through and a day later I received a message that the product was not available. Your company did offer an immediate refund and a $15 credit on a second purchase. However, I bought the same device through a different company.
