I cannot recommend this store enough. I had a very short notice wedding and everything was last minute. I scoured the interwebs to find somewhere that could get me the jewellery on time. I ordered a wedding jewellery set on a Monday night for a Thursday wedding. The lady who runs this business called me on Tue to let me know that one of the items was still being made and could she send it later. I explained the situation about needing it asap and she went above and beyond to get me the items in time. This was at extra cost to herself. This kind of customer care is unheard of and I massively appreciate the effort she took to get me the items on time. She also was lovely to talk to and was very kind to me. The items themselves were lovely and I got many compliments from my guests. I would not hesitate to order from this store again. 5/5 and it was great to support a local small business.

First time ordering Indian jewellery online and i could not be more delighted with my purchase for my wedding. Amazing quality at a very affordable price. Great set and worth the price as in store retailers are selling the same product for twice the price. The colour of jewels matched perfectly to my dress. Would reccomend!

They didn't have what I wanted in stock but when I messaged on WhatsApp I was provided tailored service, 121 support amd got the product I wanted plus more. Really happy and will return for more.

I bought 2 products and they arrived on time. The quality is very very poor - the colors and overall look is not what they look like online. There is no return policy and they also deleted my comment from their instagram- very shady.
The company pretends to be registered in the UK but the products were shipped from India. Please beware - overpriced scam.

Its always difficult to try a new, online store but I really loved the jewellery selection for my daughter's wedding and thought I would give them a go. I was initially really worried as I did not get the promised email confirmation of my order and could not find anywhere on the site to contact the company. The jewellery, however, arrived, beautifully packaged and EXACTLY how I imagined it would be. Beautiful quality and completes my outfit. I am very impressed

At first I was hesitant about my order due to negative comments on this site but I was pleasantly surprised when the owner reached out to me and cleared up all the misconceptions. The owner was so kind and helpful, even going out of their way to make sure my order arrived quickly. The set I ordered is high quality and extremely beautiful, as well as being packaged amazingly. Communication and delivery of the product is amazing. Will continue buying Indian Jewellery from here. ❤️👍🏾

Really impressed with this online store. Initially I wasn't too sure about it hence I only spent £40 using PayPal (so that if the good don't turn up and/or I get no response from the website then I can claim my money back through PayPal) but the jewellery I ordered arrived within a day by Royal Mail (I had paid for express delivery which should be 1 working day, but it actually arrived on the Saturday after the Friday I ordered it).

Was also impressed with the quality of the jewellery, they lovingly put each piece of jewellery in its own plastic packet, then inside a snug little box with plenty of bubble wrap so there would be no chance of damage in transit. The jewellery pieces themselves looked exactly like what I expected from the pictures and the description on the website, well made and very pretty! Definitely worth the prices, especially as these items would cost about 1.5x more if you got them in person from Tooting or East London. I needed these items for a couple of events next weekend and I'm so happy I was able to get the quality I wanted at a reasonable price all without even leaving my house!

Two orders were made from the Indian Jewellery Store for my Friend’s wedding. The first time it was delayed. I contacted them and was told that they would send it out as soon as they cleared the signatures as they had to be signed out. They were true to their word. The items were late but we did receive them and they are absolutely beautiful.
The second time was just before the pandemic. I remember worrying when we went into lock-down. As feared, everything was quiet and we found it impossible to contact them. I felt very bad because of the money spent and one piece was needed for a bride but I put it behind me, like the wedding, as a casualty of the Pandemic.
Covid-19 continued and slowly the world started to open up a little. I got the greatest surprise when, this morning, over one year later I received my jewellery. Naturally it is late but any company who can make sure that you still get your order, even through a global pandemic, is great in my eyes and can certainly be trusted.
And … The jewellery is exquisite.

I placed an order with Indian jewellery store for earrings and tikka set online. The quality of the set was to a very high standard, just as the owner had said when I contacted her. The service was amazing and set arrived within a few days. I will definitely be ordering from Indian Jewellery Store again.

I placed an order on 13 December 2020 with delivery being 0-4 working days. My order has not arrived and a refund has not been given. A number of emails have been sent and not one reply. Do not order from this company, it’s a scam.I will not hesitate to put this all over social media (great bit of marketing).

I placed my order this past october 19th after 5 days no news from the owner after several emails ! I've checked on the internet (i'm living in France) i saw that the company is permanently closed but the owner which is an coward and dishonest by the way is still keeping the website open. She didn't reply to my emails but suddenly changed the status into paypal reversed ! Thank god i paid with PayPal thanks to this i could open a dispute and a claim and get refund with PayPal. One Advice please avoid this site !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After contacting the company through Instagram they agreed to refund me for one item which was of poor quality upon receipt. I duly posted this back by recorded delivery and I have proof that this was delivered on 3rd September. After several messages from them saying that they haven't received it and that there must be an issue with their post facility they have now gone completely silent. It is now over 2 months since they have received this return and I have not been sent my refund and they are now no longer replying to my messages. Terrible customer service and they are refusing to return my money; avoid any dealings with this company!
