Big thanks to Tom and his team. Our purchase ended up taking much longer than anticipated due to issues with our sellers onward purchase and this meant that our original mortgage offer expired and we were needing a new one. We sent the team a WhatsApp to let them know and they were straight into finding us a new offer which helped take the stress away.
