They charged me for an order after it was confirmed. They did not reply to my email about it. After several days I got an email saying the order was canceled. I called their customer service number, and they could not tell me how long the refund would take and offered to send another email after they did “more research into it.”
My family and I have been using Indique Hair for over ten years and they have yet to disappoint! The hair is super full and lasts a long time.
The only thing I would like to say is that their closures are not friendly for bigger heads (not sure if this is just a me problem) and the hair that is not from the Pure Collection isn’t as nice. Nothing worth taking a star away for though.
Also, be aware that the curly extensions will loosen when they get wet and not revert to a tighter texture when dried.
I’ve had my hair for 13 years and it still looks great. I’ve installed it between 10-15 times. I get compliments every time I wear this hair. Love love love this brand of human hair. Currently wearing it now for my 40th birthday!
