POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS
I'm not a first time customer, but this will stop immediately. I get measured @ the Tysons Galleria, VA and the suits, and the pants (different order) are wrong. They attempted to fix them, but it did not work. The waist was big, and after the alterations, the back pockets on the pants were off. Suit jacket needed alterations as well. Before I received this order, I placed another order (2 pants), and somehow they can't seem to find the order, even when I provide them the order number. I tried to cancel it, they won't respond. Their online (Bot) is the worst Bot I've encountered. I believe it was trained that way to frustrate you on purpose. Calling them, is even worse. Good luck if somebody picks up the phone. For way better quality and experience, SuitSupply seems to have it under control.
Don't trust a word they say
I purchased an Indochino suit several years ago, and after having it re-altered, it became the best suit I’ve ever owned. Because of that positive experience, I confidently recommended Indochino to my brother for his wedding, where the groomsmen needed a total of nine suits.
Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill. Members of the wedding party traveled over an hour each way, on different occasions, to get measured. When the groom and I selected the fabric and completed our measurements, we were instructed not to place the order yet because the wedding party group needed to be created first—a process they were responsible for and said couldn’t be done the same day.
After three suits were finally ordered, we were informed that the selected fabric was no longer available. At that point, everyone had already been measured and had invested significant time and effort to make this happen. Instead of offering a reasonable solution or accommodation, we were told the only option was to cancel the entire order.
This was an extremely frustrating experience, especially given the scale and importance of a wedding order. The staff seemed unprepared to handle wedding parties, and the overall process felt disorganized and poorly managed. Armando at the Brea/Irvine location in particular was very unhelpful.
Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone planning to order suits for a wedding. Be prepared for disappointment, as Indochino appears to struggle with coordinating and supporting group wedding orders effectively.

Pants measurements completly off
I ordered 5 custom made pants and even paid for them to take the measurements. My initial visit was great, and personnel was nice and professional.
Pants came 1 month later but all wrong, they were short by like 10cm and some of them with the wrong specifications.
I took the pants back and waited for 1week to hear from them with a solution. They never called, I had to chase them, and they didn’t have an ETA - told me they needed to check with the factory.
After another week I called them back and same story, I needed to wait another month, so I requested a refund that took over 2 weeks and a couple of phone calls to chase them on getting it processed.
Long story short, don’t order if you have an important event, they are not reliable and can’t offer a quick turnaround.

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I ordered a suit for a wedding and went to the Mall of America location to get measured. The ordering and the measuring process went smoothly, however the store never took the order hold off after I was measure.
A month later and still no suit I reach out to customer service who deflects that they need to talk to the showroom. Jonathon asks if an email response is okay, and I say no, I request a phone call to resolve my issue. I call customer support back hours later after no response and request to speak to a supervisor to which I’m told I can’t be transferred to one and they would call back. Customer support Tyler said there was no timeframe on when a callback would occur.
Approximately a half hour after this 2nd call I receive an email, against my request for a phone call from Jonathon who states the Mall of America store is responsible for not removing my order hold. The options presented are either go ahead and make the suit, or not. Nothing about them doing their best to rush the order for it to arrive in time, and no other support. Again, I request to speak to a supervisor on receipt of my reply to this email to which I have received no other correspondence.
So now I’m a week away from my best friend’s wedding without a suit, still no call from a supervisor at customer support, still no resolution, and no suit for me with laughably bad customer support.
Do yourself a favor, go with Brooks Brothers, Men’s warehouse, or support your local tuxedo rental. Go anywhere but Indochino.

I had an excellent experience at Indochino, thanks largely to Mufasa. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the different suit options and fabrics, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for! Mufasa was also genuinely great to talk to—professional, personable, and easy to converse with throughout the entire appointment. Highly recommend!

First of all their suits are all amazing quality with so much customization. Best fitting suits I have.
Customer service wise: I did have a rather weird tear that ripped my pants across my leg 2 years after buying the suit combo, and the team at Indochino gave me half off and waived shipping fees in order to replace them. Stephanie was immensely professional and courteous throughout the entire process.
The women's suiting is not the same…
The women's suiting is not the same quality as the men's. Myself and 2 female colleagues all went into the store to be sized at different times and we were all disappointed in our suits. I had to bring my pants to another tailor to try to make them wearable as they were massively too big. The quality is mediocre (very thin material) and I could have spent a third of the money at RW & Co and had a nicer suit. Also be aware that the suits ship straight from China.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Short Hills Mall Indochino location, and I can’t say enough great things about Miguel. I came in looking for a wedding suit, having purchased several suits from Indochino over the last decade and Miguel expertly guided me through the entire process - from precise measurements and tailoring to selecting the perfect cut, fit, and accessories. This is the place to go for a sharp looking fit for your wedding suit.
Miguel was incredibly meticulous, professional, and encouraging throughout every step. He took the time to understand what both my fiancée and I envisioned for our wedding day and made sure the suit reflected that perfectly. His attention to detail and knowledge of custom suit fitting gave me complete confidence in the final result. I've been measured for suits in the past, but NOBODY was nearly as meticulous as Miguel was!
I’ll be coming back soon for the final fitting - not only to confirm the suit fits exactly as expected, but also to appreciate the craftsmanship and care Miguel put into tailoring it. Nightmare Experience
I have truly had a nightmare experience with this store and this company. I went in to have my measurements taken for a custom suit. When the suit came in, the pants did not have many of the features I requested - such as the side tabs to adjust the waist and buttons for suspenders. I went in for my tailoring appointment and they said they couldn't have the tailor add those features but would order me another set of pants. However, the new pants wouldn't come in time for my event. I told them this and they agreed to take in the original pants so I could at least wear them for my event. I came back (3rd appointment) and the pants had been taken in so much - in places I didn't ask for - I could barely walk. At this point my event was in 3 days. They said I could come back the next day (4th appointment) when the actual tailor was in and she could fix it for me. I came to the 4th appointment and then waited 3 hours for the tailor to make the correct alterations. All of this only for the pants to rip at the seam of my butt when I sat down at the event - in front of a full courtroom and the judge during my swearing in ceremony. Horribly embarrassing. I then called the store for a refund for this horribly made suit - only to get the run around for days. STAY AWAY

The folks at Indochino were practiced, humorous, and quick. When I had questions, they’d explain the details to me with actual items as an example. You can trust that they can help you suss out what you want, even if you started out without the most certain picture in mind.
Everyone at the Easton Store is Great
Everyone at the Easton store is great. I don't buy at Indochino frequently -- I am on my second purchase now -- but have spent over $1,000 each time, which is not a small amount for me. As a 6'5", 300 lb. man, made-to-measure can come in handy at times. More importantly, the customization options allow one to create unusual, even unique, garments, which are unheard of in the Big & Tall world of off-the-rack.
Stephen, who leads the team at the Easton store, I refer to as "the arbiter of good taste". But, all the personnel are good to work with. I spend at lot of time pre-shopping to make sure I know what I want to do when it comes to actually ordering. All the associates will offer an opinion if asked about any "creative inspirations" a customer has, but will leave the ultimate decision up to them.
