I recently purchased a vintage Rolex that arrived in far worse condition than depicted in the pictures and description. I am deeply disappointed by the misleading way they marketed the item to overseas bidders, who could NOT clearly see the condition and relied on their accurate description.
I bought a watch at their auctions . The auction stated that all functions were working correctly for the watch i bid on. It also stated that given the watch was at a remote warehouse( not in their possession) it would be inspected by their watchmaker once they received the watch to ensure it was as described. Once i received the watch it was clear the chronograph function was not working correctly . Subsequently I am 99 % sure the chronograph function was not working before it left the remote warehouse or when it was inspected by their watchmaker . They have not responded to emails .
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing watches from Ineichen Auction House, and I cannot speak highly enough about the experience. The auction house offers an impressive range of high-quality timepieces, including both modern and vintage watches. The staff's extensive knowledge and passion for watches made the buying process enjoyable and informative. The auction process itself was transparent, well-organized, and fair, giving me confidence in my purchases. The exceptional customer service provided by the Ineichen team, along with their careful handling and delivery of the watches, left me thoroughly satisfied with my overall experience. I recommend Ineichen Auction House to all watch enthusiasts looking for an outstanding buying experience.
