Won fair and square waited for the to release the money I did everything they asked. Then emailed me with such a BS excuse not to pay me my win. Telling me I exited the Bet amount total BS. Never Again

Turned a 50$ free chip into nearly 1000$ on slots and then I spent hours grinding through the massive play through requirement. They deleted all my winnings which was expected but what I didn’t expect was that they’d delete the 50$ I won through completing the promotions requirements. They claimed I have two accounts therefore will not pay. Another site did this same thing to avoid paying out in a similar situation. They just invoke that rule whenever they don't want to pay a new member that won in a promo. I obviously don’t have two accounts I only heard of them and registered yesterday. I checked my 2nd email just in case and just reaffirms the fact that I don’t have two accounts with them.

The are a joke I made sure I don't make any bets over the 5 dollar limit. But the said that I placed 10 dollars 12 dollars bets. Save your money don't play here.

I would give them 0 stars if possible. I won 38000 on a slot and they wont pay. Saying I had combined with a free chip. It's bull. Then I had 6000 pending for 5 days and they only paid me 3000.

This casino is a scam. I made two deposits this morning but still haven’t been credited to my account. They telling me that it’s because of the casino update and the cashier team had to get back with me that was over 12 hours ago and it’s still not in my account, they’re just trying to rip me off. Worst Casino I have ever played with. Scammed me, they vanished my balance with no refund without compensation.

After winning, they claimed my cash out request was declined for nonsense reasons, with the email they sent before I even played stating cash out rules, clearly contradicting their false reasons. Never ever ever put any money on this platform. I won 2nd place in a tournament, used my 12$ to turn into 1500$ just to have them take every single penny. This Casino is just another scam site, They take your money then give the run around trying to withdraw winnings. Funny that they contradict themselves, The same department will send a email with all these excuses why the withdraw has been declined and then someone from the same dept will send an email stating that since bitcoin was used any and all declines would not take place, and no verification would be needed. That pretty much busts them right there. Save your money and stay away from this casino, they will lure you in with their free tournament slots.
