I have rented from Infiniti Properties since May 2016 and I continue to rent from them. They are in all honesty fantastic to deal with and the best letting agency out there. Over this period any time I have needed any maintenance done to the property they have responded and resolved any issues within a day. The whole letting process has always been very smooth and time efficient.

My dealings have always been with Anne, and she is fantastic. She has always been so helpful, understanding and supportive and I would recommend them as the best agency in Glasgow.

well I was told from Herbert himself he had 21 days to send me my deposit back. As of this date I have still not received anything from him or the company. I take that back we did receive some rude comments and basically were called liars by dennis because he did not believe a certain text came from the home owner.Its pretty simple to pull up the records and see where that text came from, ISNT IT?I have all the proof saved. I'm not a bad guy or want to start conflict,I just want what's rightfully mine. I DONT GET TO GO SHOPPING WITH THIS DEPOSIT I have to give these funds to the new laNdlord and it is not fair nor professional for infinity properties to hold up another landlords business ENDS because they don't want to stand UP to their word and do what they saY. ALL I WANT IS FOR YOU TO DO WHAT YOU SAY AND SAY WHAT YOU DO.MEAN WHAT YOU SAY..GOES ALONG WAY NOW A DAYS. NEVER ONCE COULD THEY FIND OR SEND OUT A PRODESSSIONAL CONTRACTOR TO FIX ANYTHING. hERBERTS WAY TO FIXING A HOLE IN THE BOTTOM OF THE CUBBORD TO OUTSIDE WHERE BUGS AND RODENTS COULD GET IN WAS TO ROLL UP A RAG AND SHOVED IT IN THE HOLE!!THATS JUST THE 1ST OF IT ALL.AND I WAS PREPARED THIS TIME.i HAD A FEW LANDLORDS IN THE PAST THAT WERE ROTTEN WELL nw JUSTICE PROGRAM TAUGHT ME WHAT TO DO AND BY gOD I DID IT AND NOW i HAVE ALL I NEED TO WIN IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT SO I MIGHT AS WELL CARRY IT ON BUT WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO??

Sharon was always super helpful, quick to answer and kind. The application process was easy and the flat was very clean when we moved in.

First time dealing with an agency as a tenant looking for a flat, and have been pleasantly surprised by how good everything has been, from flat viewing to the tenancy itself. Everything has been arranged quickly, which was even more impressive given the current housing situation in Glasgow.

Viewing has been great, and the decision has been made almost right away, while other agencies sometimes took weeks to accept which was a huge waste of time.

Background checks and the whole process of setting up the tenancy have been easy, thanks to Sharon who was there to guide the whole process and promptly answered any queries that we had. Proper tenancy contracts have been arranged with no trickery. Nice system to electronically sign the contracts.

The tenancy is supported by an additional website that is very useful and shows current details of the tenancy, stores your balance and also allows to file detailed repair requests, that show up as ongoing maintenance issues, until resolved. However, the good thing is that you do not need to fully rely on the software, and can always opt to send them an email and expect a quick reply.

Additionally, Inifinity uses an independent third-party company (Pinstripe) to build inventories, who did a very thorough and detailed report with many images, and also have a system where you can add your own comments and evidence before you accept the inventory, which is neat!

Overall, very satisfied with Infinity as my first time dealing with an agency. This review covers everything from the viewing, up until the first week of the tenancy. I will provide another review further down the tenancy.

I have used this company to manage the rental of my property for over 10 years. I do not live locally so it is always important to me to have the property looked after well. The Service they provide is outstanding due to great communication and such lovely customer service. Any issues with the property have always been resolved quickly and sufficiently and have never led to any on going problems.

We have been with Infiniti Properties (IP) since 2018. IP assisted us in sourcing a suitable property for letting. IP has a dedicated maintenance team team and quickly sorted the few minor problems with the apartment. IP helped us source new furniture and fittings. The tenants were properly vetted - we never had a problem with a tenant. In mid-2022 our personal circumstances changed and we need to sell the property quickly. However, after the client had departed, we decided not to sell but to keep the property as it provided us with an income source. So once again IP helped us sort out a few problems with furniture and white goods and eventually to find a new tenant. The tenants have proved to be first class. So, we have now been with IP for the best part of five years - and have been pleased with IP from day one. A big thank you to all of the IP team.

It's been around four years now that Infiniti Properties is managing the property that we are currently renting in. Truly impressed with their service and have always found them just a email away for any issues. Special thanks to Zoe Connelly for being the contact person to reach out to and be there to address all the issues in effective and timely manner.

As a Landlord, I can say that Infiniti have been looking after a property since 2010 and I have never had any issues that they couldn't solve. They recently took over a new property for me and had it rented out at a good rate within 1 week. Seriously impressive.

They also communicate really well so I know exactly what is happening at all times, couldn't be happier with their service. I even lived overseas for 8 years and they handled everything for me. Bravo

When we moved in had no working shower for 3 weeks, only got fixed when threatened to report them to the ombudsman. Had problems with mould, dampness, flooding. Had to throw out furniture due to these issues and my 3 month old son was admitted into hospital with breathing problems due to this. The mould, dampness and mouse issue was reported several times but was only sent a youtube video. Terrible estate agents, your better off living in homeless flats.

Zoe is extremely helpful and responds to inquiries in a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate her kindness and determination to resolve any issues I have.

Anytime I had an issue with maintenance in my flat and I emailed Zoe Connelly, there was always prompt help or solutions to the concern. e.g wall dampness, window issues.

The whole transition from start to end was professional, flawless and thorough. I would highly recommend Infiniti Properties.
