How good is the best of your Ability

So many of the Company responses start with the cut and paste "Thanks for the feedback, Our team puts a lot of effort into serving and supporting our customers to the best of our ability. One wonders if this is a reflection on how good the best of their ability is.
I have contacted infinity several times, also I have written a letter and posted it to David Venditto, after reading articles about his dedication to old fashion family values in Business. Howsever not even David responded to my correspondence. While I have no concerns regarding the quality of their product range, I have some concerns with the best of their ability as a company.
I live in Australia and purchased a set of two (2) jigs for Rail and Stile, not a big purchase, but a nice accessory to some expensive Router piece.
However, I was charged in the vicinity of $140 Post and handling. The very same package could be sent by me via Australia Post to Infinist tools for $29.00 Australian, which is about $20 US. When I sent emails to Infinityu Tools challenging tghe freight cost, and even a personal Letter to David Venditto, there has been no response.
So I ask, is that to the best of your ability that you so confidently boast about?

I purchased the Triton MOF001 Router…

I purchased the Triton MOF001 Router from Infinity Cutting Tools on 09/10/2025. In December the Plunge Lock Lever broke. I contacted Infinity to report this. The phone recording states, Welcome to Infinity Cutting Tool where only our service excedes our quality. I was told they can do nothing to fix it and to contact Triton directly. In my opinion this is not Quality Service. I recommend you do not buy from Infinity Cutting Tools.

Do NOT order a router table from this…

Do NOT order a router table from this company. They use Triton routers with their tables. Triton company and it's US support company Toolstream are the worst. I bought a top of the line router table from Infinity. The Triton router burnt out on the 3rd use. Infinity essentially took no responsibility and referred me to Triton. Triton doesn't communicate. Basically said my router would be replaced under warranty but it's back ordered 3 months. Now 3 months later still no router and cannot get a response from either Toolstream or Triton...I will never ever buy anything from Infinity or Triton...horrible experience...

Mr. Wonders Purchased a Router Table package which included a Triton Router mid March. He reached out to us mid August as he was having an issue with the router. We helped him register his router with Triton to help facilitate a repair with Triton as the router has a 3 year manufacturer warranty. The Triton Routers have been out of stock with us internally as well with the manufacturer. Triton is going through internal changes and we have received reports that customers are having difficulties getting in contact with them. We unfortunately are not a router repair facility and any warranty issues would need to be handled by Tirton directly. We have recently received a shipment of the router in question after being out of stock for over 6 months and have attempted to help resolve Mr. Wonders's issue directly. Unfortunitley he declined the offer as Triton would be issuing him a replacement.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. I order 2 lock corner router bits and two setup jigs. I received just the router bits and they only billed for the bits. Then I ordered the jigs. They sent me just one of the jigs. Now they want me to order the other jig. I think they are doing a bait and switch on their website. They say I admit to ordering the wrong item. I did not. They billed correctly, but sent the wrong item.

Checking your orders looks like you placed an order for a 2pc Lock miter router bits set, the set is for the router bits only and does not contain our patented set-up jigs the 4pc set that includes both the router bits and the set-up jigs is a different item number, so it appears you have simply just ordered the wrong item. From the chat message you sent us, you admitted that the error was your fault and that you would place a new order for the set up jigs seperatley. Also, the order was placed for local pickup at our facility and you are located on the other side of the state, this was happily corrected and then order was shipped. When you placed the second order looks like you only ordered 1 of the 2 set-up jigs not the 2pc set. We again shipped you exactley what you had ordered. No error was made on our end, again just appears you ordered the wrong item. The worst customer service!

I received my order after paying for package protection. The case on my square set was broken. I’ve reached out to customer service (self proclaimed 5 star customer service) to no response from infinity tool customer service. I emailed three days in a row to no response. They responded fast until they get your money. After they have your money they will not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM INFINITY TOOL! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A ZERO STAR!

I tried to purchase a table saw sled…

I tried to purchase a table saw sled from them via their portal. The pricing was misleading, and their follow on emails wer also misleading. I had also previously ordered some zero tolrance saw plates for my sawstop table saw and the product I received was like something from a home handyman. Tolerance was not good, etc. The overall experience was this was a company that was focused on how to collect money from the customer, not on delivering quality products. Will NOT be purchasing from them in the future as I have found several other vendors that actually provide good quality solutions for the price.

PayPal does not have the ability to withhold portions of payment for out-of-stock items so full payment is remitted. I paid about $1,000.00 for an infinity…

I paid about $1,000.00 for an infinity router table system. The table has an aluminum insert coping rail that is not flush, and it is marring my door panels as I router them. I notified Infinity and they had me send pictures of the defect. Since then, no response. Looks like I have to file a Small Claims Court action. Infinity is not a good company in my opinion.

Charging payment for something i have not bought.

Buying nothing from this website i end up being charged with 94$ . I have contact them to tell me why i have been charged with 94$ and i have received a nonsense answer like the payment was an earlier purchase. I have to mention I have not bought nothing from their website.
If you want to buy from their website think again .
