Wouldn’t book again. 2/10
Booked a stag weekend through this company, and the first night went really okay. Unfortunately, things went downhill on the second day.
We had booked what was advertised as a party boat, but when we arrived, it turned out to be a boat full of only men. Had we been informed of this in advance, our expectations would have been very different. We were sold the experience as a party atmosphere, but the reality was completely different and it was a major disappointment for the group. It would have been helpful if there had been some indication of the type of event and crowd we could expect, as this ended up ruining what should have been the highlight of the weekend.
We also wanted to change our activity for the final day after being disappointed with the boat party. However, we were told this wasn’t possible without losing the money we’d already paid. I asked whether there could be any refund, credit, or transfer to an alternative activity, but no flexibility was offered.
Another issue is I was contacted about an incident from a previous year’s trip involving someone else entirely. The only explanation given was that the names looked similar. I found it disrespectful and unprofessional to be contacted about a matter that had absolutely nothing to do with me.
Overall, my impression is that the company is more focused on processing bookings than understanding what customers are actually looking for. If you’re considering booking with them, I would strongly recommend being extremely specific about your expectations and getting as much detail as possible about the events beforehand.
Since this experience, I’ve found another company that takes the time to understand what you’re looking for, provides far more detail about each activity, and goes above and beyond to make sure the events suit your group. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t use this company again.

Ola, In response to your 1 star review. We are very disappointed to receive a negative review. I will respond to all of your points raised.
In terms of a boat party only being males. There is no excursion in the world that can guarantee that there would also be females present. It all depends who books the event. This is not the fault of our company and in no way worthy of a 1 star review. You booked a boat trip and this was provided as sold.
You say you wanted to change the other event (paintball) after the boat disappointment. However you had asked about changing that event 3 weeks before you travelled when you sent a whatsapp to Maria from our after sales team. She did explain that she could ask to change the time to later if that worked better for you. You did not respond.
Once in resort you asked again to Tracey our resort rep at 14:08 on the Friday. (This was before the boat trip had even taken place) if you could change Paintball for something else as the lads didn't fancy it. Tracey explained that it had already been paid for as this was 2 days before the event. She did offer you various other options and told you the prices but you did not choose any of these.
The reason we questioned you about the previous years trip is that you were actually on that same trip where one of your party made a fraudulent claim saying he did not travel when we have proof from the hotel that he DID travel. So you can understand our concern when 3 of your party from Ibiza were also on this event in Portugal.
We have copies of all passports from the travellers from both trips.
Yes our company is focused on processing bookings and we book everything that the customers requests.
We provided pre travel support at every step, private return transfers, a resort rep (Tracey) that met you on arrival, we booked your accommodation for the whole group. You actually gave us incorrect dates for your weekend and we changed your accommodation for you at very little cost and arranged the extra night. We gave you 24 hour contact via Tracey all weekend, We arranged the Brazilian rodizio meal for your group and also gave you the extra drink for the person that did not travel. We arranged your private stripper as booked,
We arranged the boat event for you and also helped you when you were unsure where the tavern pub was to meet for the boat event.
As it happens a group of girls that were booked on the boat that day decided not to travel.
We also booked and arranged the paintball activity as requested.
We also arranged your departure transfers on your last day.
Even though we did all of the above you still choose to give us a one star review as there were no girls on your boat trip.
I think when reviewing companies you should take the whole package into account and service provided and make a fair review and not based on what gender attends activities.

Whole team been helpful throughout with Charlotte and Jessica being patient with us trying to organise a big group.

What a fantastic trip
Cannot recommend this company enough. Just returned from Albufeira, Portugal where 10 of us went for my Hen Do. The booking was really easy and both Maria & Danni were so helpful. The apartments where we stayed were lovely & clean with a great pool/bar area. We had private transfers to and from the airport, went on a private charter boat trip and also had a beachfront restaurant meal. All in all fabulous value for what we paid…….we’ve had the best time ever with such special memories. Let this company organise your trip, you will not be disappointed 🌟

Outstanding Service From Start to Finish!
We cannot praise Maria, Charlotte, and the rest of the team enough! Our booking went from 27 people down to just 2, and throughout the whole process nothing was ever too much trouble. They took all the stress completely off my hands and handled everything so professionally, smoothly, and with such kindness from start to finish. Stag do to Benidorm
I used Infinity Weekends to book my stag do to Benidorm - it was one of the easiest processes considering we were booking for 12 people. Everyone received their own payment links which meant I didn’t have to chase anyone and Jessica sorted pretty much everything else.
We stayed in P&V Horizon Apartments, with 3 people to a spacious room. You have the facilities of the sister hotel next door which meant we had a larger pool, multiple bars etc we could use.
We did the bar crawl and casino night organised through IW which were great!
I would definitely use these if I was booking for a large group again, made the whole thing easy and just meant I could focus on having a good booze with my mates+family.

Great hen/stag weekend
Jess looked after us from the minute we enquired to making sure we got on the departure transfer. We packed so much in for a such a great price, had decent accommodation and had something planned everyday. The reps were brilliant txting everyday to make sure we knew what we were doing. Would 100% recommend for hen/stag party! They organise it all for you!

Hen weekend in albuferia
We’re just back from abluferia for a hen weekend and there was 9 of us. Everything went so smooth and honestly we had the best weekend. I was a little stressed and worried in case things didn’t go to plan or activities weren’t good. But they were unreal. Everyone had the best time. The transfers to and from the hotel and airport were on time and super reliable. Again wasn’t sure how the apartment would be as we didn’t choose them. But they were really clean and spacious and located in a great area and central to everything. Ubers to the main strip were super cheap. Under 5€-6€. The activities we had booked was the sunset beach party at the waterfront and was unreal vibes. We got 3 drinks included with this and bbq. The second day we went back for our second activity which was the cocktail making class and the 3 course meal. The cocktails were great and lots to choose from. The meal was upstairs at an Italian and again it was very good. And you got 2 large beers each or a 1/2 bottle wine each. So good would defo recommend. The booking process too was great.

Amazing weekend thanks to Infinity Weekends
Planning a hen do for 12 people I thought was not going to be easy but when I found Infinity Weekends it was a life saver!
Infinity Weekends helped pick and plan our weekend they took over everything. It was a breeze! They answered every email and call and recommended places to visit.
When we arrived to our destination we had someone meet us there which I didn't expect. The transfers arranged was on time and the staff was so lovely.
There was a mix up with one of our excursions and they fixed it there and then. Amazing service and an amazing company. Thank you so much!

10/10 highly recommend
Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Jessica Cooper who has been amazing at sorting out our stag doo to benidorm. Nothing has been too much bother, has been a great help sorting out the itinerary, making amendments to the booking with people pulling out and adding on at the last minute. Would highly recommend this company and in particular Jessica as it hasn't been straight forward to arrange all of this for 29 people. 10/10 service, she definitely needs a payrise 😁
