Although! I reached to them couple of times in different ways. They haven't answered to my return wish. The product is worth 80 pounds, and I cannot get a refund. they don't respond to the mails.!!

Do NOT recommend...stay away. It's gone downhill
We have been using this digitizing company for several years, but unfortunately the quality and service have declined so badly that we can no longer recommend them. They do not listen to instructions, and the constant back-and-forth on designs has become frustrating, time-consuming, and exhausting.
One of our most recent projects was a complete disaster. We ordered 75 patches and were only able to use fewer than 10 of them. The patches were hand cut into circles and looked like something a kindergartener would make...absolutely unacceptable for a paid service.
On another project for custom Sublimated Shirts, the shirts ran VERY SMALL...so the Large Sizes were more like US SMALLS...the Client couldn't use half of the order because this was for a Professional Indoor Soccer Team in our Area...total disaster as well.
I can go on and on...but will leave it here.
This level of work is not only disappointing, it reflects a lack of care and professionalism. We will not be using them again, and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for digitizing and patch projects.

Hello Jeff,
How can you justify all these stories in a written proof until we posted the negative reviews over your social media pages.
If you had all these issues then why didn't you share the feedback months back. We made severl digitizing, vector orders too and even when you came back after the emergency you had in family, you even responded informing us that we would be got paid shortly.
I am sorry if you are hurt to read negative reviews over the social media but seriously you left no room for us.
I have all the written emails appreciating us for the patches and sublimated t shirts orders too.
It's more than a $1200 payment altogether and I even emailed you to get us paid partially in your next few invoices but this is we had to read here! Jeff,
Let's come inbox and end up this little conflict together professionally.

Sends unwanted spam emails after being…
April 19, 2022: Sends unwanted spam emails after being told over the phone that our company does not outsource these services. Does not follow national do not call list rules. Will not stop contacting us even though we have asked them. Obvoiusly, does not care about the Laws, Regulations, or Rules of doing business in the country they are attempting to do business in and can not follow simple requests.
Aug 19, 2022: Just received another spam email from this company. They actually sent it through our customer contact portal on our website. We have reported them to both the website host and @Gmail now for Spam and Harassment.
Sept 23, 2022: Received yet another spam email. We have contacted Gmail and asked they ban the originating IP address for continued spam.
Dec 1, 2022: Received yet another message through our website which spacifically states not to send advertisements or spam. Again, the email used is being reported to Gmail.
