Although there was an unfortunate end to our deal, Jared offered a partial refund, which I accepted, whereas most won't even offer anything. He's honest, hardworking, and cares about his clients. I would strongly recommend working with him if you are looking to start up something that requires security!

After running into some rare issues with our redis-server, which didn't have any obvious fixes online, Jared was there to help. Quick response times, despite being busy, and provided us with easy-to-understand explanations. We will definitely be using him in the future.

I recently signed up for a VPS with InfraCharm and I have to say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had with a hosting provider. As someone who’s relatively new to managing servers I really appreciated how straightforward and beginner friendly their platform is. The dashboard is clean intuitive and gives you full control without feeling overwhelming.

What really stood out to me though was the customer support. They were quick to respond answered all my questions clearly and even offered to adjust my server resources when I realized I didn’t need as much RAM or CPU as I originally thought. That kind of flexibility and responsiveness goes a long way especially if you're still figuring out what you need.

Performance wise the server has been rock solid so far. Uptime is great and everything from SSH access to web hosting has been fast and reliable. For the price the value is fantastic.

Hi there, so my general experience with InfraCharm has been quite great, to say the least. I was facing troubles with the installation of a forum framework using Ubuntu, but my knowledge is very limited, and I faced countless issues while getting the framework up.

I was honestly out of options, however, I decided to get in contact with Jared and see if there were any options on the table for assistance, and right away, I got a response offering help with the installation. Jared immediately hopped into a Discord Voice call with me and got to work on the issue; his skills to problem-solve and apply the necessary fixes were absolutely outstanding. Things were also moving quickly, and I've really never run into someone as knowledgeable in the Linux field, and I was seriously impressed.

I will forever appreciate the assistance and amazing communication given to help with the problems that I was facing. I've been using the forum for a good day now, and everything is running flawlessly, it is responsive as heck, and does exactly what I needed.

Ever since I met InfraCharm, I was greeted with an extremely professional and hard working individual that goes above and beyond to satisfy any and all needs you might have. InfraCharm is beyond active and kind when it comes to support as well as experienced and skilled when it comes to system administration and even very helpful for any other general related tasks or questions. InfraCharm always is there 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to resolve any issues or inquiries which you bring up to them.

On the other hand, I previously had a VPS from another hosting provider before recently moving over to InfraCharm. The old host changed IP addresses a few times in 1-2 months, had several hours of downtime every 1-2 weeks, and didn't have the same level of support InfraCharm has. On top of that, ever since I moved to InfraCharm's services, I was provided with much better specifications and performance for an affordable price blowing the competition out of the park. I couldn't be happier with the move and I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking top tier support and hosting performance.

Unfortunately, I only get 5/5 stars to express how happy I am with their services. This team will go way above and beyond in terms of effort and time to ensure customer satisfaction. Although Infracharms' services were quite acceptable at the start of our use of their backup system, they became untenable after their 2025 plans were announced. We were no longer able to continue using their services due to constant downtime issues, a lack of communication, and transparency. As a result, we were forced to move to another provider that could keep the promises they made and provide the transparency we needed.

As an update to this the company then proceeded to approach me asking for me to remove my review as they had "Improved" I don't think its appropriate or professional to ask someone to remove a review based on what the company thinks they have done better in if I as a client want to remove the review because I think they have done better I will do that but I dont think its a good idea to just go messaging clients about this.

10/10 Highly recommend! Not only are they professional/good in their field, but the owner and their employees are so kind and easy to work with!

I recently hired Infracharm for a cybersecurity penetration test, and the experience was far from satisfactory. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent. It was difficult to get timely updates on the testing progress, and when we did receive feedback, the explanations were vague and unclear.

The scope of the test felt very limited, and it seemed like they were simply going through the motions rather than thoroughly assessing our system. Several critical areas of our infrastructure were overlooked, despite these being part of the original agreement. Additionally, the final report was poorly written and severely lacking in actionable insights. It was filled with jargon, and the recommendations were generic, failing to address our specific environment.

After this disappointing experience, we decided to contact another provider, Black Hills Infosec, and the difference was night and day. They conducted a far more thorough assessment, uncovering vulnerabilities that Infracharm had completely missed. Not only did they identify these issues, but they also helped us secure our environment with clear, actionable steps. Their professionalism, communication, and support throughout the process were exceptional, making the entire experience much more valuable and worth the investment.

In short, Infracharm was overpriced for the minimal value they provided, and I would not recommend them for penetration testing. If you're looking for a comprehensive, high-quality assessment, I’d suggest looking elsewhere—Black Hills Infosec was a far superior choice for us.

After auditing my company, InfraCharm LLC was absolutely made a laugh out of, because they made a lot of errors in our audit, and then, decided to discuss poorly of us publicly, whereas we did nothing but defend them.

Absolutely terrible company. Stay away.

We encountered some problems with our Redi port, but they went above and beyond by performing a complete server re-installation for us. They even took the time to thoroughly test our server for any potential vulnerability attacks, using their extensive knowledge. And that's not all! They generously offered us a complimentary 7-day support pass, just in case anything goes awry. We highly recommend any business in need of system administration to reach out to them without delay!
