INFRAREADY made the entire process seamless. The website was remarkably easy to navigate, and when I needed assistance, Andy from customer support was a lifesaver! He proactively kept me updated, making me feel valued as a customer. The email updates during transit were a brilliant touch, and I was thrilled that my order arrived before Christmas, exactly as advertised! My only (very minor) critique is the UK VAT, which likely impacts pricing competitiveness for companies like INFRAREADY.

This device WORKS SO WELL!
This device WORKS SO WELL!! It’s definitely worth the price and will probably be your go-to device for paranormal investigations because of how easy it is to use! I love the super large word bank, the volume adjustment, being able to view the whole log of words from each investigation session. It really is a masterpiece of a device! Although, I did have a troubleshooting problem with one of the device’s functions so I reached out to the Infaready staff and they helped me fix the problem super quick and were very nice!!
