Far infrared mirror radiator awesome
Arrived quickly well packaged. Good price. Love the way the heating output feels. Very different to a standard radiator. Has a nice led light around the edge. Very happy with purchase.

Indoor sunshine!
I have bought several infrared heaters from this company and have always been very impressed with the results. The heat emitted is like standing in the sun!

Fast delivery great product
Fast delivery, outstanding product. Be aware that brackets might be stuck to the underside of the polysterene inserts, in case they are not easily seen. Just a great product.

I have to say they were very helpful…
I have to say they were very helpful and the heat bar arrived the day after I ordered it. It had no instructions in the box , called them and within 5 they had emailed me them over.

delivery sham
I’m still waiting? Not the companies fault though.
Ive updated because 1 star is unfair as the company themselves were very good to deal within refunded when the order was cancelled. However their choice of delivery partner, was a disaster in my case. I waited at home and at the end of day one was told it wasn't going to be delivered. I waited again the following day and at the end of that day was told it wouldn't be delivered, at this point I had to cancel the order as I was not able to stay at home the following day. I ordered a different one from elsewhere. On day 3 it was delivered (after it had been cancelled) and on day 4 I waited again for it to be collected. Through the few days infrared heating supplies customer care were excellent. But a lot of my time was wasted because of the delivery company.

This item was despatched on next day delivery, it was sent to N Ireland, and the local courier has unfortunately not delivered yet. This is something not in our control, however we do apologise for the inconvenience.
Also not sure why this rating has been edited, we spoke and agreed to refund you back which we have. you also changed your mind and looked to keep the item and collect from the local depot, but we had already actioned the item to be sent back to us.
