Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible ! All they do is ROB , ROB , ROB .

I’ve had a black box before and never been treated so appalling like this . I paid for mileage every month and didn’t even drive the miles that insisted . They lied & lied !!! Don’t take an insurance they may give you a cheap quote at the start but once you have the insurance it will go up .

Quick enough to advise people to buy…

Quick enough to advise people to buy extra mileage but won’t tell customers any remaining mileage (500) is non refundable, SCAM! Spent two grand with them to tell me that?

The worst insurance company I’ve ever used

Without a doubt the worst insurance company I’ve ever had to deal with there so quick to take your money but when a refund is required they aren’t interested there isn’t a customer service number you have to use a texting service which is frustrating and a long process I would recommend looking into your insurance company’s reviews before continuing

Worst company to go with for insurance

Worst company to go with for insurance. My daughter cancelled her insurance after being with them for 2yrs. They told her the final price. They would take it 7 days after. Because they had the wrong details they went straight to a debt agency. Not even a phone call or an email to my daughter. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company. They added a £20 admin fee..so be careful when you have to cancel. Or don’t go to them would be easier. Your just get screwed over by them.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, because they messed up and forgot to sent my partner his black box they cancelled his insurance and didn’t send him an email to say, they said they had and he was told it was for a previous car he had insured with them that was cancelled and his insurance was fine, and now they have changed there mind and the insurance will remain cancelled until his black box arrives
