I sent my Meindl boots for replacement soles and received excellent service, with attention to detail and great explanation of the process over the phone. The boots came back before time and were fully refurbished. To have replaced hem would have been very expensive whereas the resoling and refurbishment was well worth the money. I thought this was a great business focussed on first class customer service.

This is the first time I have used Inghams and it certainly want be my last, what excellent and trustworthy service!

Posted my Meindl boots off to be re-heeled, received a phone call from Andy letting me know that he thought I had a years worth of wear yet before they would need re-heeling. I was genuinely shocked at how honest he was, he could have kept quiet and charged me for unnecessary re-heeling but he didn't. He even sent them back re-waxed.

The only slight problem was that he proved my Husband right when he said the boots were fine! :-)

A great experience from Ingmans, the work is of extremely high quality and the price is extremely reasonable given the quality of the work.

The team did overlook one job, returning one boot to me unrepaired, but this was a simple human error and top customer service in resolving the mistake as quickly as the postal service allowed.

Cannot recommend them enough.
