I ordered hardbound books November 1 and I still don’t have them as of 11/29. I usually get them in 30 days.

update. I got the books in 37 days! I had submitted a minor change for the cover. Guessing that was the issue. They messed up the cover. I sent in four complained, and it took them 20 days to respond. They took no responsibility. I am looking for another publisher!

I would give them a ZERO if that was an option

Customer service is an absolute disaster. Management has no interest in improving it. I’ve been an author with this company for about 15 years, and it’s getting progressively worse. Most recently a problem logging into my account due to two factor authentication. Their website is not functioning properly. There is no phone number to call for customer service (although there used to be) now they say response time by email is about 48 hours. It took 13 days to get a response, and the response was of no help. It asked me to send screenshots of something that is perfectly obvious on their end. This is what happens when a company has a monopoly in a certain field.

They helped me turn a bunch of scattered notes and chapters into an actual book. I thought it was just a hobby, but Publisher in USA treated it like a serious project. Now it's published, and I couldn’t be prouder.
