They were handling my Amigo loans claim, I use this term loosely as they were asking me for all the info I had from Amigo and charging me for that.
Invoiced me 2.5 weeks before I received my money and pestered me for payment on something I hadn't received.
Overcharged me due to invoicing before the final amount was settled.
They do not respond to emails. The only response I had off of them was when I requested to part ways with them a couple of years ago with this claim.
I got a simple calm down email.
Absolutely terrible company. Avoid at all coats. They only take cases you can easily handle yourself and then get you to do all the legwork for them.
I enquired myself through amigo and was getting all the information myself then all of a sudden they were involved and took over my case I didn’t request it they took it over and I have to pay them £1600 (2 payments of over £800) and I get
£2400 odd to me that’s a lot more than 25% am due them. They have been helpful but it seems an awful lot of money to pay them for a claim.

She kept me fully informed all along the way and even when not much were happening, she still kept me informed of such. Her communication was exemplary! I cannot recommend Ingram Toft any higher to anyone else who may need their services. Totally happy with their service and customer service is beyond what you expect it to be!

They supposedly dealt with a couple of company’s for me I paid them for it but months later I questioned the work they did for me with the osbudman and they corrected all the terrible work they supposedly did ( they did zero in fact ) thankfully the osbudman made sure I got back what I was owed from the companies, Stay clear if you can I don’t recommend

Signed up for help with Amigo claim. They didn't do anything on my behalf. Repeatedly asked for proof they had claimed on my behalf but they cant provide it (because they didn't). I ended up claiming myself through the portal however now they want payment. Still fighting against their invoice but they are trying to charge me £500 now plus 25% which makes no sense. Horrendous company and all the workers seem to be american so doubt they have a UK office. Scam artists in legal clothing.

So far, they've left me to do all the leg work regarding a claim against Amigo Loans.
Now they're straining at the leash asking if I've had an offer yet. Obviously anxious to get their 25% they've done nothing to earn. They gave me a phone number to call Amigo, saying I'll get my final offer.
Obviously they've never called it because it just a message saying customers will be notified by email when their claim is settled.
My advice? Find someone else to act for you

I did not even know I was using this company I tried to explain to them of this but they seemed to just ignore, they came across rude and sent me a bill I was unaware of.

Didn’t even ask this company for any help. So god knows how they got my details. Sent me one email with false information and then sent me a bill totalling £300 plus more then my final claim outcome. Without doubt a scam. Avoid at all costs and seek help from citizens advice if they start harassing you. Can’t even contact them. Probably some spotty little hacker in his mommy’s basement trying to scam people
Used Ingram Toft in 2018 to reclaim compensation from 3x companies, 2x paid out (which I then paid invoice immediately) one failed to pay out due to administration action. This was a fairly slow but still successful affair.
I have now received a very threatening email, demanding money for the unpaid claim, with threats of debt collection. Even though clause 4 of their T&Cs state; 'If no financial benefit is received you pay us nothing. Financial benefit includes any compensation in
form of cash, loan/credit reduction or other forms of redress.'
Very unprofessional and somewhat fraudulent in my opinion, I would not reccomend anyone use this company!

Having used this company back in 2020 to receive ppi back from loans, got the compensation in 2021 which was a minimal amount, paid my fees and now 2 years later receive an email stating that I owe them even more money, which is 5 times more that the pittance that i received. but when i phone them no one answers the phone< awesome work.....
Absolutely disgraceful company. I used the services in 2018 for PPI claims. I paid my invoices when I won my claims and I am now being harrassed via email threatening me with debt collectors 5 years on stating I haven't paid.... What an absolute joke you are. Sort yourselves out. All your numbers on your website are not in use. Get a grip. I am NOT PAYING you again.
