My dentist rock ferry.
My disabled mum was at my dentist in rock ferry today. We were leaving when your lovely young man opened door and offered to help mum down the steps. What a lovely kind person all too often people are impatient and pushing past. It made my day for someone to just allow her time. I can't thank the young man enough, he is a credit to your company.

This has got better over time
This has got better over time, there was a lot of miscommunication from the office and the payment details. We had a guy empty the bins but due to staffing if he had time off the bins would be missed as no one to cover. Nick is a new member of the team who is reliable.
