Knowing my hygiene operative for a few months now she has answered all types of question thrown at her, and more tried to sort out issues with either phone calls, text and emails when we had problems and always willing to have and give a bit of banter about anything which makes the day go better

John who came to assist with emptying…
John who came to assist with emptying the continence waste bins was very pleasant and chatty. He ensured health and safety was adhered to signing in and out of the building and didn't rush the process of emptying the bins as I was busy supporting someone else when he arrived and he waited for me to show him where all the bins where situated.
