I purchased this for my wife. We were trying to conceive since last 2-3 years. But were really struggling to have our baby. Post Inito we were able make it in just 2 cycles.
It showed us all the hormones and what was the right time.

Very bad customer service. One of my friends likes the product, though. So if you dont really care about the post sell service, you can give it a try. Buy and try and forget. Dont expect to be able to get any help with the customer service. Good luck!

I like the product itself — it’s user-friendly and seems accurate — but this company has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. There’s clearly no real leadership oversight when it comes to customer support, and it shows.

I wish I had seen these reviews before buying, because it would have saved me the hassle. I ordered additional test strips, and after a month the package was still stuck in transit. I contacted support repeatedly over three weeks, and still haven’t received either a replacement or a refund. Every time I call, I’m told someone will “get back to me in 24–48 hours” and they never do.

The product simply isn’t worth the money if the company doesn’t care about the customer.

Dont waste time, could be usable if not so go controlling requiring tons info to use and difficulty getting results released on app… also Used twice using first 10 ct batch strips.. 3rd time go thru entire process only to state on app that test invalid, expired strips, so no numbers released…test strips now expired even though stored properly in individual use wrappers..
So called # took multiple tries before reaching someone..? How long strips are good for since information not provided before purchase..8-12 months so not acceptable answer so wouldn’t know how many new test strips to order….Im only using for prog/estrogen ratios, so use rarely use unit…and complete waste and PIA to use..

Very unreliable and impossible to reach them. Left 2 messages a month ago and still no reply. Trash product. Trash service.

I found out that they use a very inaccurate way of testing and the results are not precise. I wanted to buy it and reached out and when I got a reply after weeks they didn’t deny it. Maybe this one is cheap but if you have trouble getting pregnant it will only cost you a lot before you realise there’s better brands out there. The address is fake by the way. I live there and there are not in that office. Chinese scam probably

Do not expect answers from CS, emailed them 2 weeks ago with some shipping question and never got a reply

The product is inaccurate & their “return policy” does not exist. The customer support argues with you over email instead of making things right. I will be advising everyone against this product. You are better off with Mira.

I did not even receive the multiple devices I ordered. I ordered my first device using their standard shipping, and it was supposed to arrive in 5-9 business days. On the 10th business day and upon seeing the tracking was stuck on a loop (going from one destination to another and back to the original 3 separate times) I reached out to customer service, only to be sent a template response stating that my package was delayed due to a weather delay….there had been no bad weather in the state at all. 5 business days later I reached out for a second time only to be told the exact same thing.
I ordered a second device with expedited shipping, and it never even shipped. Their customer service team is horrendous, even when you call they won’t help. I spoke to 3 different people on the phone and struggled to understand them the whole call. They referenced the wildfires in CA as the delay reason, even though the package shipped from Madison, AL and I live across the TN border, 1 hour from the shipping destination. This whole process has been absolutely horrible and not what someone who is eager to conceive should have to deal with.

I have used Inito for a month and it helped me find out my peak fertility days and helped me conceive in just one cycle. Yay!!! I am so thankful for this tool and I am 20 weeks pregnant now!!

Perhaps,as to cost effectiveness,one of my best buys.

It works like magic. All hormones on a single test. Very accurate.
